    Having the staff member at the till shouting frequently at customers that the self checkout must be used if paying by card and not to go to the manned till as only cash would be acceptable.I thought customers had a choice and we shouldn't be bullied and shouted at by the staff member. I can understand her being busy but pretty awful customer service !! This occurred today at around 15.50 .

    Mill Hill CO-OP: Handy store for essentials + more. With a Post Office inside. Local produce & goods are sold here (which is great).

    I visited this co-operative store yesterday to purchase a few packs of prawn cocktail quavers however there wasn't any in stock. I am not a happy bunny. You have until next Tuesday to get them in stock or else I will never visit your store again. - Callum

    No chicken nuggets like i mean they don't even sell chicken nuggets who in their right mind doesn't stock nuggies!! They have everything frozen you'd ever want aslong its chips or pizza smh....And just a small pick but they stock stuff for about a week and then never order them again like pop tarts! my kids loved them and all of a sudden theres non on shelf and hasn't been since!! But on a positive note the staff are friendly and always happy to help the car parks massive and the new self serve makes getting in and out super fast also there's a free to use cash point

    Clean store, friendly staff. Easily accessible large car park with good disabled parking. We were able to find everything we were shopping for. The shelves were well stocked.

    There are staff members that I always hope not to be served by, as they're extremely slow and usually chatting away with coworkers, not saying hi or bye which leaves me feeling awkward.
