   Only rating in terms of emailing communications not for the venue itself. I inquired about booking my 30th there. The reply I got wasn't very professional or polite Basically told the venue wasn't available at that date. But they didn't even start the conversation with a 'Hello, thanks for your enquiry' to start the email with just a blunt "it's not available on that date' without even a sorry is just rude

   I have visited the Vault many times but most recently to the Sunday afternoon music event. The staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough for a busy crowd. The garden is beautiful and the venue is lovely and clean and welcoming. We had a great afternoon and we will be back!

   Very very poor management. Very unprofessional, me and my partner had our wedding here and did not get what we paid for. Was promised the large garden area to be told the day before was no longer available. Paid for a Karaoke and did not get this. Once approached about a few matter was spoke to like a bit of dirt. Wendy was happy enough to make all these promises at the start to just let us down on the day. She has now taken on the Ritz a few doors down and I would avoid at all costs. Her bar staff are amazing and that’s the only part that is. Very dissatisfied and will never use again.
