food is non-existent (unless you consider crisps). Service depends on how much of a “local” you are… overall environment is good for that part of town, although its nowhere close to feeling like a “proper boozer”..

Jo the owner rules with an iron fist, firm but fair, her stamp on this pub has made it a great place, good opening hours, friendly staff and and a pub that is there for regulars. Love this place and everyone that works here. Massive thanks to Jo, three family wakes at Banks harbour, made easy by a landlady that cares beyond business. Very easy 5 stars, just keep on her good side lol

This great pub has a lively atmosphere, offering a fantastic selection of drinks that cater to various preferences. I had a lovely time, enjoying the vibrant ambiance and the diverse drink options. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a lively and enjoyable pub experience.

Banks harbour is a large pub with a single L shaped room. There is a raised seating area with a pool table. It is a comfortable pub with a cozy corner with couches with a quirky DJ booth like a church pulpit. They serve a wide variety of beer and largers, sadly the handpumps had no real ales on. The staff are friendly, and there is outside seating.

Great place to meet up before going to gigs at O'reilys and The Welly. The pub is not in my area but we always use it before and after gigs that we go to. They have a good choice of drinks at very good prices. Always find the staff and locals to be friendly and enjoy our visits.

Telephonist was really helpful as it's an awkward address to deliver too, and I already know my food will be spot on #fridaytreat

A great local British pub, honest prices honest beer and honest staff. The main reason my partner highly rate this pub is the fact we moved to the area and from the very first time we set foot inside we've always felt welcomed regardless of how busy it may be. 10/10 would recommend to any and all seeking a thirst quencher on bev Rd.
