   Awful staff. I called because I’ve moved out of the area and received a car parking fine at the Co-op. Whilst I can understand this is a private company is still at the front of their shop… literally 1 minute walk outside the shop. I asked if they could get the number for me so I can call and sort out the letter as I’ve lost it and I didn’t want to drive 2h for a phone number. He said he cannot get it. Like what the actual….

   Poor service long queue at tills with only one till open. Other staff didn't bother to assist even when one came to assist the two people at the self-service tills whose items needed approval. They took one look at the queue and walked off obviously to much work involved.

   Good luck using the post office, website says open when the coop is open. This is a lie, you've got a 50/50 chance of the post office actually being open. Constantly closed for maintenance. Unbelievable considering this is the only reason to visit, all of the prices are inflated to twice the price of any other shop.

   There seems to be an ongoing problem with staffing here. There is always a queue not helped by the fact two self service check outs have been installed. Someone from the back room always has to be called out to help.

   Nice store, could do with 6-8 packs of cokes instead of just 4 packs but big issue with customer service " steve" if a customer asks you something it would be nice if you would acknowledge them and not ignore them and wait a few minutes to reply as if you will reply when you are ready and not before. I dont know if this gentleman has an issue but several times I had been served by him this has happend and it comes across as extremely rude!! and I end up leaving really annoyed by his behaviour. I have spoken to others in the area who have had the same experience from him.. Not acceptable and he needs to be spoken too.

   Delightful shop & staffs. The bargain Coffee and Cakes. Always well stock and shelves are neat. Youthful spirit. Always open. And feels safe. Post office service is brilliant plus point. So grateful for this convenience store.

   Never again. Possibly the worst and slowest customer service I have ever experienced. Four members of staff stacking shelves and one on the till with a shop full of customers queing up. I spent well over ten minutes waiting to be served, for milk and bread. Every Co-operative seems to be the same, extremely slow!
