“Really good authentic ingredients if you love Indian food.”
“Always polite, pleasant and very helpful”
“We were visiting Fareham and dropped by Fareham shopping center for lunch. We went to this supermarket to buy snacks and drinks. The prices were reasonable.”
“We were incredibly disappointed to find that they no longer stock browned orbs. My husband uses them to ease his puffy joints during winter. We raised it with the manager who gave us both a copy of Prometheus on Blu-ray .”
“Had everything i was looking for. Friendly and helpful staff as always.”
“Popped up to the cafe for a cuppa with my old mum after doing the shopping. Pleasantly surprised to see Christmas dinner on the menu. What a dinner it was! Perfectly cooked, pipping hot, and as tasty as hell! I will return, thank you lovely ladies! Xx”
“A lovely range of food and ingredients, plus they always have some Mogu Mogu in the fridges, which is always a plus for a hot day shopping! If you enjoy cooking and finding somewhere for new ingredients for that recipe you've always wanted to try, this is the place to get them. I always get my rice cakes and gochujang from here, not to mention all my other ingredients I use for any Korean, Chinese and Vietnamese dishes that I do.”
“Contrary to Google results, this store does not deal with Collect+. I don't know if it's down to the store to change something or not, so gave 5 stars as this is not a critique of the store, just a heads-up to others who may waste their time going here for Collect+ services.”
“I like this lidl has free parking, self service and the staff are helpful and hardworking wish they opened earlier. A lidl cafe would be awesome here. Store is always clean.”
“Really helpful staff and manager Tracey, needed help with finding an item as was on display, only the display one was left and they happily packed it away and sold it to me (with a small discount also) very happy with the store, thanks again.”
“Very convenient location in the village centre. Ample free car parking. Well stocked shop with very good ranges of everything Waitrose usually stocks. Staff are always cheerful and helpful. Never seen any significant queues here.”
“Not very busy place ,and also very convinient location because there are other shops around!”
“Bought some much needed items, such a lovely lady served me, will shop here again soon.”
“Always stocked up with household and food essentials with a wide range of organic options; always the lowest prices in town.”
“I went into the Whitely store at about 4pm yesterday, bought far more than I expected which I was struggling to lift. The kind, companionate ,till assistant put a store coin in my hand said…go get a trolley and I’ll take care of your shopping. After a very tiring day she was my Angel. A big, big thank you. An elderly Jenny.”
“Nice spacious local coop. Clean and well stocked. The server was helpful and friendly. Ample parking”
“Fantastic variety of food and drinks. I struggle with gluten and dairy intolerance there is a dedicated free from section with lots of available options well labeled. Staff were friendly and quick to help.”
“Very helpful staff nice size store”
“A massive thank you to Dan and Jill this evening for the most amazing customer service. The staff here are superstars, especially Dan. He will go above and beyond to help you. Love you guys. ❤️”
“It's a toss up between Hedge End and Whiteley stores but Hedge End has more than the edge on space and I like the downstairs café, much quieter than upstairs. Loved the more peaceful ambience of Whiteley though and I can usually find what I want.”
“A well run shop, well done to all the staff. Underground free car park, full wheelchair access (in store mobility scooters available) and escalators between shop and parking level. Costa Coffee to sit in if you need a break. Scan n Go, self check outs, express check outs and very helpful staff...online or in store Tesco's has made shopping easy. Oh...and the toilets are well maintained and very clean.”
“Love this Co -Op. Food fresh. On the Subject of grapes, I eat a punnet of grapes every day normally, sometimes 2 Sadly I’ve not been able to recently as they have only had variety Tompsons or Timpsons which have always been sour - I thought they’d actually bought a wine grape by mistake it was so bad. I buy 3 punnets at a time and every time I’ve bought a grape beginning with T I’ve had to throw them in the bin as even the wildlife wouldn’t touch them. Very expensive and wasteful. I think I am not The only one who thinks this because as soon as they get a grape that doesn’t begin with T in Leave the shelf the matter of , maybe a day. T grapes stay there til they are not sellable and then whoever buys grapes buys another load of T grapes. I’m longing for the days when u get Sweet Globe, Autumn Crisp and Ebony back in and once again I can eat my favourite food.”
