rated 4 stars as it a decent store with all the necesities. but the toy aisle has changed to be more of a entertainer section. i prefered the old toy section. i guess this was a refresh? the lego in the new refresh of the toy aisle is very sparse too.

Parking is free and if only there for less than 30 minutes you don't have to validate your parking and just drive out, very good if you just need to pop in and get something quick.

Went to this store last Monday and couldn't find the pre packed fruit as I don't very often shop there so I asked an assistant She looked at me and said "it's in the fruit section " I have just retired from 26 years in retail and from day 1 I was taught that if a customer needs help you TAKE them to the section that they need. This assistants attitude was rude and unprofessional I WILL NOT USE THIS SHOP AGAIN

Nice shop overall, with a wide range of products and pretty much everything I needed in stock. However, for a business that prides itself on customer service, I was disappointed with the supervision at the self-service tills. When I required assistance to remove a security tag, the staff member seemed more interested in chatting with a friend than helping customers. When she eventually came over, she was abrupt rather than helpful. It left a poor impression at the end of an otherwise positive shopping trip.

A well run shop, well done to all the staff. Underground free car park, full wheelchair access (in store mobility scooters available) and escalators between shop and parking level. Costa Coffee to sit in if you need a break. Scan n Go, self check outs, express check outs and very helpful staff...online or in store Tesco's has made shopping easy. Oh...and the toilets are well maintained and very clean.

1. Confusing, badly signposted road layout to car park. 2. Misleading car parking signs re scanning receipts. 3. Specifically went to that particular store to buy 8 products - 4 unavailable. 4. Won't be going back there!!!

Incompetent and rude staff on their customer services. Second issue I have had within a week with the club card app. Firstly , refused to take a tag off of an item of clothing I had bought that I had lost the receipt for : even though they could find my order on their system with my clubcard , they kept telling me I paid for it with a card when I paid cash. Turns out it was my clubcard number they were looking at. This took 2 different managers and 4 staff to realise this! Second trip today , I needed a refund for some chocolate - paid cash again for a reason. This time I had my receipt but the rude , obnoxious woman behind the till refunded it to my card that no longer exists! When I tried to rectify this she just kept saying I used apple pay ( I am on Samsung so don't have apple pay ) and kept interrupting me when I was trying to explain , she called another member of staff over who was just as rude. I asked to speak to a manager , I believe it was the duty manager Matt , and again he couldn't care less . Spoke to the cashier manager , when he was called to come over , and he was the only one who actually tried to be helpful. Every staff member I spoke to refused to give me head offices number apart from the cashier manager . Absolute joke!

My main issue with this store is parking. Although they have "free" parking they seem to randomly ask you to scan your receipt for this service. As I have been using this store for 8 or 9 months now checking the requirements for scanning or not and on each visit after a time I have stopped. Then on my last visit 2 days ago I apparently incurred a parking fine as this situation has changed. A very unfair situation I feel. I will obviously appeal but would have liked a larger notice in store for those of us used to parking for free.

Ample parking available and access via lift or ramp. Street entry via Quay st. Decent selection of goods across the range of foods and some clothing, toys, household and health care. In store bakery and pharmacy. Large wide aisles and bright, spacious feel to the building. Costa also handy for a cuppa and chat.

I visited this store at 6-30 am and was disappointed that the store opened at 6 but the checkouts didn't open until 8. The young lady on the self service tills was very efficient and helpful guiding me through in a friendly manner. I was not so lucky with my newspaper at 7 o'clock I went to get a Daily Mail only to be told that they weren't ready yet and when I asked, politely, what time will they be ready the lady replied when they are ready in an unfriendly way. I called in at my local newsagents and got my paper with no aggravation and wished that I had done my whole shop there and saved a lot of time. I will not be returning to this store anytime soon
