   Background:- My car battery packed up about a mile away from this place. It was pouring down with rain and getting late in the afternoon. I was on my own. I teleponed euro to order and pay for a new battery. They were about a mile away from me. I explained I was stranded down the road close by to them. I asked if they would deliver the battery to me. They refused. Told me they only deliver to a house or building. They advised me to walk down and collect the battery. I explained the distance to my car was too far for me to carry the battery. Sorry Luv, can't help ya, was the response! I got sorted eventually, a lovely friend drove a long way to jump start my car, and got car started. I drove to Euro parts and bought a battery from them.......even tho they were the most unhelpful company ever!! I had no choice . This unhelpfullnes was from a man via the phone. However the young lady serving on the desk was polite and curtious. Looks like the age of chivalry has truly gone. So pleased I didn't have any kiddies with me in the car!

   Ordered parts for my car and collected next day, after making a telephone call to make sure I was ordering the parts to fit my car. Telesales person couldn't have been more helpful. On collection, counter staff walked by twice and didn't acknowledge me, although at the time I was the only person in the shop....otherwise would have given 5*

The service was quick and efficient, and the prices were very reasonable too. They had everything I needed in stock, and the checkout was smooth and well-organised.    Absolutely horrendous service from Kate at the customer service desk. A simple collection of an order was turned into an unnecessary argument of wanting a copy of my receipts which she couldn’t do as order was already processed. Saying I didn’t request it when I specifically asked for this is an outright lie. Utter rubbish. Then whispering things as I leave. A complete detriment to the team and the weakest link. Needs further training in customer service. Will be passing the word around to friends and family.

   Excellent customer services, even though they ordered the wing mirror in for us we didn't need it in the end as they they don't fit them, at the time we thought they did. We got sorted out in the end with a garage.
