   The behavior of one of your employees today was extremely concerning and well beyond acceptable. We were parking on the public street in front of the gym while an employee was washing one of your vans. He gave us a hostile look, shook his head, and then stopped what he was doing. He got into the van and drove directly toward our car at high speed, braking abruptly just inches from us before going inside the shop. It was genuinely frightening. My partner went in to ask what the issue was, and the employee claimed it was “not fair” for us to park there for an hour—even though it is a public street with plenty of open parking spaces. Despite his complaint, he had no difficulty parking the van directly in front of us, less than a meter from the shop. This makes his aggressive behavior—driving the Premier van toward us in that manner—completely unnecessary and unacceptable. I assume you have CCTV footage available, and I encourage you to review it around 11am, if not, I am sure the gym will be more than happy to provide it. The conduct displayed was not only unprofessional but also dangerous.

   Had to get the front window changed in the car for an MOT and got Premier Windows Aberdeen Ltd to do the job. The guy that did the job was experinced and I watched for bit and was impressed by him work ethic and had good chat with him. Past the MOT and would highly recommend the company and staff.    I arrived without an appointment and asked Jim to inspect a couple of chips. He said they were superficial but he would repair them for £66 if I really wanted. He did a excellent job, they are virtually invisible and it only took 10mins. Many thanks Jim.

   After my first experience using this business I wouldn’t go anywhere else for windscreen repairs. I phoned first thing in the morning expecting a few days wait but he said to take it straight in. He checked out the stone chip, gave an honest appraisal of what was needs and how it would look and went straight to work. The chip has now all but vanished and looks far better than I could have hoped. Very friendly staff, good quality work and reasonably priced. If you have a stone chip I’d highly recommend them.

   Rodger answered the phone, from that point on I knew I was in capable hands, he'd sourced the new windscreen I required within a few seconds and had it ordered a minute later. Their technician came out to fit it a few days later and was obviously skilled and knowledgeable for the task in hand.
