   Terrible service, one of the window guys came to my address as my windscreens were stone damaged and told me to lie about the screens so they would get done , I already called national windscreens to have them repaired as the service I received was well below average, don’t even call these people they are useless and don’t have mannners below standards of any company i have felt with

   Soooo I cracked my windscreen and as I'm fully comp, I managed to sort out a replacement with auto windscreen. I can honestly say the service was brilliant! I was sent a time to deliver the car the day before, along with instructions on how to get there. Arrived 15 minutes early, no problem. The guy was polite and promptly took the car and said it would take around an hour. He said everything has been sorted with my insurance, just come back in an hour. Faultless service! Arrived an hour later, car was ready and waiting for me. I wish I got the guys name so I could praise him as he really made the whole experience stress free and prompt. I would recommend using these guys to anyone.

   On site guys excellent. Admin side not so good, kept asking me to send photos and stuff. Would be less hassle to write off the car. All for a tiny stone chip you can cover with a one penny.

After the job was done, I was briefed with what I'm allowed and what not to do with the car and for how long. Great service experience given the fact that I had to replace my windscreen. Recommend.
