   We recently moved to Beverly and were recommended Birchwood Garage. MOT then a little latter oil change and general check over. Excellent….Efficient, polite & friendly service. A few days later we received a typed itemized receipt for our record . Highly recommend them .

   Great customer service and from what we have seen, a conscientious team delivering quality work on your car. We moved to the area in May 2021 and needed to find a reliable garage to service our cars. Reading reviews we decided to use Birchwood Garage and that in our opinion was the right choice. They found a fault with our car that we thought an exhaust and tyre centre had resolved, however they had by removing a part that would have meant the car would fail it's MOT. Thanks to Steve and his team, it was resolved. When doing our regular car service. Will certainly be using this service garage again.

   Been getting my motorcycles MOT's here for a few years now, and recently my car. Will be getting the wife's motor in for it next test and it's service too simply because they always fair and don't angle you up for any work needed. The MOT tester has a very keen eye for detail, and has always been fair. Also takes time to explain anything you query. The car / bikes are always done by the agreed time. You don't always get good old fashioned dependable service like this anymore.
