“Brilliant from start to finish. Catherine and her team made the process of renting a car smooth and trouble free. I am from the UK but have a French driving licence and Lisa, who I spoke to on the phone, talked me through the documentation I needed and answered all my questions. We hired a Corsa which was perfect for our needs and a great little car for an excellent price. Catherine arranged our collection and drop off. It was a pleasure to meet her - she even gave me a lift back to the train station because it had started pouring down when I dropped the car back! Wonderful service. “Advised to go to Andrews a while ago when couldn't get a locking wheel nut undone. They did it there and then in minutes and wouldn't take payment. Decided to change all the locking wheel nuts but couldn't shift two of them so went back a few days later. Again, no appointment but job done in minutes and very happy to make a token payment. Realised yesterday that MOT ran out the day before and couldn't get a booking for another week. Thought I'd try Andrews again. Appointment next morning (today) at 08:30! Brilliant - and he picked up on one of the headlight bulbs fitted incorrectly. Can't remember ever having had to have a replacement so several MOT testers over the years didn't spot it! Impressed. Also mentioned an exhaust baffle that had come loose. Had an annoying little rattle for several years - wonder if I'll find he's fixed that as well! Wife's car booked in for MOT tomorrow! Will definitely be using Andrews again - seems like my kind of garage. Many thanks for your diligent work.”
