Never use them again fitter forgot to reconnect the aerial when I returned I was told to busy I would need to rebook it in for a ten minute job customer service absolutely shocking
Nice enough guys but left car at 9am told be ready in 2 or 3 hours. They knew I was far from home and that I was walking around to kill the time. I eventually went back to them at 3pm after hearing nothing. Told car was ready since 11am but unable to calibrate due to malfunction in equipment. So I understand things happen but they had no plans to call me. I wasted most of my day due to a lack of common sense. Plus my car has to go to a dealer to get calibration done. I suppose if equipment worked be a 5 star review. If they had phoned me at 11am to say what happened maybe a 4 star. But to choose not to call me and had no plans to call me found this unacceptable. 2 star for the job they did.
Good service. only one thing had to come back and calibrate my city active stop and reset my wipes. and then I had to get them back again to reset my wipers again all fine now.
These guys fitted my windscreen but left wiring out that was previously hidden behind my rain sensor. When I called to inform them they had a manager from another city call me back to tell me they didn’t care as long as everything was working.
Professional and courteous, lost my back window and while stressful for me the guys that refitted it did a great job. Explained the issues I might face, cleaned up after themselves and left me satisfied that they did their upmost. Would request their service again, hope I don't have to.
