1st visit to this vets with my 2 new kittens, kind friendly staff ,helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.
I have 4 cats. It was very easy to book through the phone. 1 of my girls was spayed and the service during and after procedure was excellent so far. Staff is very friendly and welcome. Their care plan pack is very good. As I have some mobility issues I am very happy with the parking spaces, also. Now, 1 Year after I did write the above comment, my 2 girl cats have been spayed and the boys castrated. I still very happy with them. All the staff are excellent and care greatly for the wellbeing of our 4 legged family. If you are looking for a vet, look no more. Contact them and register your beloved pets with them.
Our young Cavalier snapped up a wasp who stung the inside of his mouth/throat, causing pain & breathing troubles. We were out of town but Dr. Wall saw us right away and successfully treated our dog who was no longer in obvious pain & breathing normally within 30 minutes. Well done to Medivet Brampton!
Crotchet is 13 and very well indeed. The staff at Medivet are so kind to him. He is very nervous of any treatment but they all look after him so well. Thank you all and Marion.
Excellent cover on a busy Friday afternoon with no appointment for what I thought was a choking dog. Fitted us in quickly and sorted out the problem. Highly recommended.
Staff are very friendly & very welcoming, but have found them to be very expensive. Have also been told on more than one occasion recently that there is no vet available so appts have to be delayed - is that not your entire business model? Sadly whilst local, I am now looking to move our cat & dog to another vets which are much more reasonably priced and have been present in the community for 30+ years with much better reviews.
Every time we phone for appointments they never have Vets in and suggesting to us to contact St.Neots or St.Ives,very frustrating! Also over priced,vets should be here to help us out and our pets and not just because of insurance to charge ridiculous amounts. So vets never there and prices are way to high,once our Pet care plan will come to an end we will change to another vets,because most of the time we have to travel to St.Ives anyway
Yet again no vet when one is needed. This has been going on for months and months now, if you have no vets on site consistently then how can you be called a Vet’s ? Animals continue to suffer and even your staff are disgusted at how things are being ran. You should be ashamed putting animals at risk like this The staff who try there very best to help are yet again let down by the owners who have had ample time to rectify a dangerous issue I’m sure they’ll leave the obligatory email asking us to contact them to discuss the matter but we’ve already done that months ago and they did nothing then and will do nothing now. Honestly if you have other options then I’d stick to them for the benefit of your pets
Staff are really friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately no vet for our kittens second vaccinations. Also now confused with when to have them neutered, one says 4 months and someone else said 6 months. We have a male and female cat and naturally worried about the female being in heat and mating together.
Lovely staff, very welcoming and friendly. Very clean and hand sanitisation in place. Explained all aspects of treatment prior to commencing and really made you feel.you could ask as many questions as you needed too in.order to understand. Over the phone advice was good and clear too and didn't make you feel like an idiot. Excellent in all departments I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a veterinary service for their pet.
