Good friendly service. I keep going back, if they don't stock it, its in very quick. Purchased a nice Omega and it came with a free nice watch winder.
Went to the store to get some links removed from my new watch and it was a super quick visit. They were able to fit my watch properly within 5 minutes. It cost me £15, but link removals are free if you buy your watch from Beaverbrooks, and otherwise it's free after the first visit if you keep your receipt. Really happy with the service, will definitely be back.
I was after a very specific style of watch and Emmy was AMAZING at helping me find my perfect watch. She was the most patient woman, doing everything she could to help me find what I was looking for. Emmy was so knowledgable and helpful. I would most certainly recommend her as she was fantastic!
Me and my fiancee went in to pick her a ring. Cant praise the staff here enough, they were so friendly and knowledgeable. It made us both feel relaxed. Was looking to purchase a Garmin Fenix X watch online and went through Beaverbrooks after receiving some targeted marketing on 0% Finance and a discount code, even though the purchase price was similar to other online retailers. I was advised a day after the purchase and credit checks etc that the product is discontinued. Second time I've went through Beaverbrooks and don't think I've had a smooth process in either of them. Also disappointed the company would rather let the customer down than source the product through the original supplier and complete the purchase as agreed as its more effort on their part. poor show in my opinion.
Personally, this is my favourite jewelry store in Aberdeen. There are so many choices, from your high end stores like Finnies, Jamieson and Carry, Goldsmiths and even Rox, to your middle of the range stores like H Samuel, Ernest Jones, Pandora and then your lower end market stores like Warren James and all the other independent retailers. Beaverbrooks (more so for women's jewellery, men's jewellery I'm not so keen on) just offers glamour and elegance but doesn't ask you to pay and arm and a leg for it, they have wonderful jewellery that exudes class and they are very reasonable. The branch in Aberdeen itself is quite small, but even walking into it makes you feel wonderful. You leave the shop feeling so much better than you did when you entered it. The staff are very accommodating, they really seem to care about the customers needs and even small details like wrapping boxes individually, putting them into bags, making them pretty - it all adds up to wonderful customer service. I really can't fault them at all.
Beautiful jewellery and helpful staff. I want to buy the Lady Diana replica engagement ring, it is very reasonably priced.
