   Very sad to say the experience with this store was incredibly low. I would not advise to shop here as the staff are not willing to resolve issues. You can expect to see the typical response to every bad review on here where they tell you to call to discuss the issue, they do know the issue so am I expected to repeat myself or is this just a comment to make yourself look better? We ordered an item, for Christmas that came incorrectly. They waited 3 days to tell us it was incorrect and now we cannot contact customer services over the weekend - surely if we were contacted on time, we could have contacted customer services? We were informed we could travel 3 hours to another store to get the item, but we would not be able to have it sent to us. They claim they have done everything they could, and yet I can see how many things they haven’t done. Whilst I can respect it’s a busy time of year, I am a customer that has ordered a product - it’s not my fault it’s come incorrectly and this should be resolved asap. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM HERE.

   Very helpful and friendly staff. I went in to get my bracelet altered as it was too big and they were able to send it off to be fixed. It was ready within a week which was great, very quick and easy to do. Will definitely visit again in future.

   My engagement ring snapped so sent away through their insurance policy. Came back to store, though the staff weren’t happy with repair so sent back. They contacted to me to let me know what was happening. Thought it was amazing to hear of staff who cared about the quality of repairs of products. Came back again and still not happy with repair and requested a replacement on behalf on me after contacting me. I went to collect today and cannot express my gratitude of their attention to detail given it’s a special piece of jewellery. I hope the staff get recognised for going above and beyond. Certainly a team effort

   Since its mother's day, I decided to treat my mom to some jewellery at H.Samuel in Bon Accord, Aberdeen. As I walked in I was greeted by a lovely employee Sasha. She was so helpful and knowledgeable about the pieces I was looking at. She made my shopping experience so easy and fun especially for someone who doesn't particularly like shopping. I highly recommend giving it a visit if you are in the market for fantastic experience and jewellery.
