   Disappointed by the attitude of the lady that was working/running the store. As a store, your customers should be your number one priority, and as a business you should expect that people change their minds from time to time regarding a product that costs hundreds of pounds. Unfortunately I found her to be quite rude and unwelcoming, also was charged £20 for changing my mind about a product (that I had only left a deposit for, and a product that was never taken down from the website, even after I had paid the deposit).

   Incredibly helpful and personable service. A huge range of stock and excellent network of contacts for some of the pieces sourced over the years. 1 piece of particular note was a bespoke gift involving liaising across independent designers, stone specialists and ourselves - Karen did a great job and made everything seamless. I would highly recommend.
