Cannot recommend more highly. Went to find a replacement wedding band, and had one made within 3 hours. Lovely shop, beautiful work, and so nice it’s not a generic high street store. Absolutely delighted.
Northern Diamond Repaired a gold chain for me in December last year, after wearing it only a handful of times the chain broke in the exact same place. I took it back with the receipt and the staff were extremely rude and refused to look at the chain and just said that they do not guarantee any repairs. To be perfectly honest i did not expect the repair work to be done for free however the refusal to look at the chain and the rudeness of the staff was uncalled for. I would not recommend using this jeweller as not only is the quality of their repairs questionable their customer service is shocking
