Kimberly and Phoebe were absolutely lovely and made the whole piercing process both quick and painless as well as fun. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get their ears pierced. 10/10 experience.

Such a mixed bag here. We were in yesterday for my daughter to get her ears pierced. The girl who did the piercing was absolutely lovely. So kind and gentle. She really helped my nervous daughter to relax. The manager, on the other hand was rude and abrupt. She demanded that we move our bags as they were in the way and watch from outside. As if we would have left our daughter to watch from outside. We moved the bags but she continued to insist that we were in the way of the door and the "counter." We really weren't. She became argumentative and belligerent. After my daughter had finished, when i went to pay, I gently suggested that there are ways and means to ask people to move which were more polite. She continued to argue and continued to be rude, even muttering under her breath "I suppose the customer is always right." Then proceed to deny it. Had it not been that my daughter was desperate to have her ears done, and was so nervous we'd have left without paying a penny. But she would have been so disappointed. I have written to head office to complain about the rude treatment by this lady and suggested that she could benefit from training in assertiveness and customer relations.
Got the (spider bite) or two helix piercings done by here about 3 weeks ago, have been in absolute pain ever since my ear was incredibly swollen and red until yesterday my second helix piercing sunk into my ear and sealed up during the night had to go to a professional piercer today as I should of done in the first place to get the piercing done the woman there said it was the worst piercing she has ever had to fix ( wrong earrings were placed into my ears) they were to close today and it wasn’t even placed right my ear is now infected and It has damaged my cartilage to the point that the piercer couldn’t even put the proper earring in until it heals ! DONT GO HERE FOR PIERCINGS PLEASE GO TO A PROFESSIONAL PIERCER

Went there to pierce my daughter's ear, they refused as it was previously pierced(8 y ago). What a disappointment and such a rude attitude to a little girl.
