Ist time at the Jewellery box, had my watch that l dropped and couldn't get the back of the watch on again ,and thought that ld damaged it . But no lt needed a battery and the assistant managed to get the back of the watch on ,very reasonable priced and very efficient and polite staff, will be back again

Took my delicate necklace to see if they could repair as chain broken. Had taken it to a few places without success. They did it no problem, owner Lyn helped me choose a chain that would suit it. Very helpful & also the other two ladies there. I'm now able to wear it after many years of it being broken. They also have lovely jewellry. Partner bought me a watch for Xmas from there and took links out as too big. Really great service. Thank you.
Very friendly service! I went to see if I could get my Tiffany necklace cleaned and it had a few knots in the chain that needed detangling. The lady very patiently took out all the knots which took around 10 minutes and no charge. I bought their specialist silver cleaner which has taken it back to brand new.
