Sadly had to have our beautiful labradoodle Kerri put to sleep a few weeks ago the vet and all staff were simply brilliant very compassionate to myself and my family. A few days later we received a lovely hand written card, and last week I was blown away to receive a phone call to say they had a paw print for me to pick up thank you so much. The Inns family
First visit having not been registered with Medivet previously my sick collie was seen within 45 minutes of initial call. The vet did a thorough review of my Collie and prescribed medication and within 24 hrs she has improved. I’m very impressed.
Medivet Flitwick are hands down the best veterinarian practice I’ve been to. The staff are always incredibly friendly whether it’s face to face or over the phone. They are always happy to answer and questions or worries I might have and it’s so quick and easy to book an appointment. Everything is explained in incredible detail and information is easy to understand. My pet recently had a spay operation which is a stressful time for any pet owner. The vet had a pre-op consultation with me and was able to put all my worries to bed and I left knowing Nelly was in perfectly capable hands, with people who genuinely cared about her. You can tell all the staff in the practice have a genuine love and care for all the animals which come into the practice and it’s always a stress free experience visiting the practice.
I can't thank the team enough for the incredible care they gave to my dog, Skye. From the moment we walked in, they were kind, patient, and so gentle with her. It's clear they truly care about the animals they treat. Skye was a bit nervous at first, but they took the time to make her feel comfortable and safe. Their compassion and professionalism made all the difference, and I’m so grateful to have found such a wonderful vet.

Me and my partner have only been using medivets for just over a month for our two cats luna and Finley. On the first visit we were both blown away with how lovely all the staff were and how they treated our cats like they were their own. Sadly a few days later luna got very very sick, they were so professional and talked us through all the options we could do for luna and he ended up going through surgery and had to stay in the vets for 3 days, the vets rung us personally every day he was in there and kept us updated. we were also told if we were worried about him while he was in there even if it was during the night we were more than welcome to call the Watford medivets as that is where he was staying. I am extremely thankful for all of the staff at medivet flitwick and Watford everything they have done for us and Luna and giving us the best experience through such a worrying time! I will recommend these vets to anyone who wants a lovely, friendly vets who will keep their pets in the best of hands! Thank you medivets!!
It was a brilliant place to visit with my dog. She's a rescue, nearly fourteen and hates all vets. WITH THE EXCEPTION OF FLITWICK MEDIVETS. She went in for operation and happily did so which is very unusual for her. She happily went in for her check up too so I think this tells you not to go by your first impressions as they are amazing. They kept her calm talked about what was going to happen, all possibilities, medication and action. Thank you for looking after Annie x
My little Frenchie needed emergency treatment and surgery. Nothing was too much trouble the staff are all so kind and patient even when as a worried owner you ask the same questions. I never feel we are a number at Medivet Flitwick. The team are all so kind and compassionate and they truly love animals and helping them and their owners. It is so nice to be around these caring professional people who clearly love what they do.
