We "inherited" Henlow Vets when we adopted Rosie (formerly Candice!), and later Lulu (formerly Blue Bear) from Accolade Hounds. They have been absolutely brilliant with the dogs, can't fault them, especially when Rosie refuses her kennel cough treatment.
The team at Henlow Vets are incredible! I have had all sorts of pets with this practice over the years and they have been consistently fabulous! I could not recommend them more! I truly value the team’s friendly and honest approach. It is very clear that all staff in the practice share a genuine care for animals. The team go above and beyond for both pet and owner to ensure maximum comfort and satisfaction.
Henlow Veterinary Hospital is undoubtably fantastic. Every single member of staff is professional, incredibly friendly, and leaves you feeling nothing but comfortable and reassured leaving your beloved member of family in their care. Over the past 9 months I’ve frequented Henlow Vets multiple times (routine visits for flea and worming and a neutering) and it’s always smelt and looked so lovely which, personally, adds to the confidence I have in them. I 100% recommend Henlow Veterinary Hospital. Their service is unparalleled and I feel very blessed that Bear is registered with them.
We have always had a fantastic experience at Henlow vets. Since moving to the area 2.5 years ago they have looked after all of our cats. From Kitten vaccinations & neutering to dental care & even end of life care leading up to loosing our older cat more recently. The team are friendly, kind, understanding & professional. I wholeheartedly recommend Henlow Vets. Our golden retriever pup swallowed a squeaker from a toy when he was five months old & had to undergo numerous surgeries at Henlow Vets due to him being in a critical condition. Not only did they nurse him back to good health, they also supported both myself & my partner through a very difficult time. Every single member of staff we have had the pleasure of meeting / talking to over the telephone have been outstanding. Taking any pet to the vet can be stressful however everyone at Henlow Vets is friendly & welcoming. Our dog is nearly two years old now & loves nothing more than going to see his friends there despite undergoing such trauma as a pup & I think this speaks volumes for how good the team are. We will forever be grateful for the entire team.
Henlow Vets have cared for my two dogs since they came home with me as pups. We are always greeted with a warm smile and a VERY friendly face. Recently we have had to call upon their services (out of hours too), they have all been amazing at sorting my Boy out and keeping us informed along the way. What really stands out here is how friendly every single member of staff are, this includes the partners at the top too. We feel valued and our animals are truly cared for. The team also took the time to call us every evening, morning and throughout the stay of my pup, he is after all one of our family and Henlow Vets treats him as such. Thank you so much to you all. (My Boy is bouncing around again like the pup he once was)
I’ve never met kinder people than the vets here. My family and I took our sweet Flash here on Boxing Day, as it is the closest emergency vets to us. He passed naturally and very unexpectedly. We were completely devastated, but the vets here helped comfort us, and were so kind and loving to Flash in his last moments. We have another dog, and are planning on transferring him to this veterinary centre - I would recommend this establishment to everyone. Thank you.
Lovely vets with lovely staff , from the moment you call to when you leave … I’ve been with henlow vets now for just under a year and as someone who has worked within a vets for many years I was really unsure as to where I should take my pets. Registering with Henlow was the best choice. Everyone has been really helpful and caring and have all strived to do the best for most importantly my pets but myself too , they looked after my boy Harrie exceptionally well when he was poorly and my little dog Lillie when she was in for a dental. I’m so grateful for everyone’s help and time . The team really work well and in my opinion the veterinary care for the patients in their care is to a very high standard I recommend this vets to everyone Thanks Henlow Veterinary Centre :)
We recently relocated to the area and are so pleased that we found Henlow Veterinary Centre to care for our young Spaniel. All of the staff are wonderful and very obviously love their animals. Consultations are always thorough and, most importantly, conducted in a way that helps your pet to feel relaxed. The ‘out of hours service’ has been a god send for us and on each occasion that we have used it we have been sat with a Vet and Nurse within 20 minutes of contacting the practice.
