   Awful dentist. Have been told on two occasions that nothing is wrong with tooth when I have gone as emergency (sometimes sitting for hrs) first male dentist saw me 4 times, was made to feel like I was lying and didn’t know what I was talking about, was eye rolled at and told I could possibly be in pain. Called 111 and saw new dentist who gave me root canal due to nerve needed removing and I had to go to GP as I had beginning of sepsis due to infection. Change practitioner and have again been told after emergency appointment that nothing is wrong(a simple cray would have showed otherwise) 111 to the rescue again with emergency dentist appointment. Again another root canal needed with as he said very angry bleeding nerve that also needed draining. Started the work and said needed finishing asap from own dentist. Called today and been told I can be seen at my next booking in over 4 weeks even though dentist said work needs finishing asap. After some back and forth with receptionist I was finally told I can come and sit the following day and wait (again could be hrs) to see if she can finish the treatment. Had contacted practice manager anbout first issue and was pointless, not very professional over the phone, much more professional via email, but still no apology and simply changed my dentist. This is second time this has happened and doesn’t fill me with confidence moving forward. Would be nice if patient was listened to re pain, we know our bodies

   Very rude receptionist laughed down the phone at me asking about appointments hasn’t got the time to speak to anyone on the phone DISGUSTING!

   Been with this dentist for a few years now and thought it was ok until my recent appointment the male dentist was very rude to me and said I have some sort of gun disease (he actually said its much worse then gum disease) and he said i know i do. I was very shocked and said I dont know what it is and no one has ever told me this before. He then rolled his eyes at me insisting that I already know and was very rude to me and talked down to me. I was nearly in tears and am also very upset ive had this on going problem and was never informed about it.

   Poor poor effort to cure an ongoing issue with a bad tooth, have been told the tooth needs to come out then told they can't do it until September .(Really?) They forget that pain is like the ocean ,it comes in waves and has high tide and low tide

   broke a tooth Saturday. Rang today Monday and got urgent appt with Andrew Robinson. Seen bang on time and the tooth is fixed. None of my friends could believe it. He is just so good at his job.

   I can’t even put in to words how amazing these dentists are from the start of my dental work back in September to the finishing today they have made me feel at ease and relaxed and they gave me back a smile that I haven’t had for years ❤️ thankyou from the bottom of my heart.

   Very poor communication and complete mixed messages! I called the practice on Wednesday 10th March to ask if they are taking on new clients. I was told yes they were. I called back on Friday 12th to ask register. I was told the time I called was inconvenient and they were too busy to deal with my call and register me at that point. I was advised to call back another day but leave it until after 3pm. I called back today at 3.30pm to ask again to register myself and my son to be told they aren’t taking anymore clients and to call back after the summer!

   The telephone just rings out all the time it can take hours before you get through. You have to wait at the bottom of the stairs outside now in all weathers and then ring them to say you have arrived, I rang them but no answer as usual so went up the stairs to let them know I had arrived, the staff member told me haughtily (even though its January and snowing ) that I need to go back downstairs and ring to tell them I have arrived, no smile, nothing, I said is this how you treat your patients then as I cant get through no-one answers the phone, I then said to the dentist that the telephone service is awful and stressful and takes hours for someone to answer , the dentist said 'its expensive and if I wanted to pay for it then they would improve the service! I was appalled at her unprofessional response and will never go back to this dentist again, awful, you have been warned. I am also making an official complaint about their service , disgusting!

   So I was in the middle of having a tooth extracted and the compressor stopped working for 30 minutes. The reason for the 5 star review is because these things do happen from time to time and when they do it's how the people react that determines how good they are at their jobs. In this case everyone was scrambling around trying to resolve the issue while I was enjoying a conversation with the dentist about the intricacies of dentistry and compressor operation. And just as I was about to leave with a hospital referral and a course antibiotics their compressor started back up and they were able to finish the procedure. All of their staff were incredibly apologetic and friendly and the dentist was kind and very fastidious. Can't wait to have more teeth pulled out of my face :)

   Have been coming here for many years. Staff are friendly and fun to chat to. There are often long wait times depending on any emergencies that may have happened. Longest wait was about an hour but staff happy to assist and in one case I'm aware reschedule a person.
