Fantastic team from the receptionist to the dentist and nurse. As a nervous patient I was put at ease from the receptionist and this continued from the dentist and the nurse. The dentist had my tooth out very quickly and continued to be reassuring throughout the procedure. This was an emergency one-off visit but I would highly recommend them.

After looking around multiple dentists and with little success, Genix has been fantastic! They help spread the cost, their practitioners don't judge the state of your teeth, and are very kind and caring. I'm fairly new as a patient but already had 2 lots of treatment and theyre brilliant!

I was seen by Deena yesterday after being booked in for an emergency extraction. Trust me when I say I am petrified of dental work and spent the previous night reading every single reveiw. My mind was settled by just hearing her name when I entered the room. Deena and the dental nurse were absolutely amazing with me. The states of pure panic I get into can be really embarrassing for myself and I feel a lot of dentists just don't care because they see so much of it but these two were the most kind, patient and motivating women I could have hoped for. The extraction was extremely quick from numbing to out the door was under 20 mins but did not in anyway feel rushed. I also want to shout out the 2 ladies on reception they were so polite with me the whole place had a warm feeling to it like the people in there actually care it was really refreshing.

Just left, after 3 days of pain no sleep and hardly any food. Called 111 and got an appointment. Basically took an xray and told nothing wrong with my tooth, it physically hurts to touch. Even touching it with my tongue hurts. Told to take paracetamol!! Which I've been taking since Sunday. So after an hour and half drive to get to you I'm no better off still in an extreme amount of pain and £27 lighter. No reassurance just told nothing can be done but many reasons as to why I have toothache.

Visited the practice today after ringing 111 with the toothache from hell, was a very positive experience from the reception staff been friendly to the dentist i saw (cant recall her name) who reassured me after a bad experience woth a different dentist i wouldn't feel a thing and she was absolutely right took my back toorh out fast and safely and overall was in and out within 20 minutes. Great team at this practice and they have restored my faith in the dentist. Currently 7 hours since extraction and the pain is subsiding as i expected 10/10 thank you for your care.

Today I had a deep clean with Dr Bavi and she was wonderful! I was very nervous and asked to be numbed and asked her to be really gentle and I did not feel a thing! It was an excellent, super positive dental experience and I could not recommend her and her lovely nurse enough! Thank you Dr Bavi!!

I must say on initial impressions, I found Genix to be nothing but helpful and friendly. Unfortunately that has ceased to be the case! I first contacted Genix as a NHS emergency patient, the receptionist was nothing but friendly, helpful & polite. Upon my first visit to the practise, the dentist I saw was amazing. So much so that I enquired about him been “my dentist” it was explained that he was only for NHS patients and they didn’t have the capacity to take on new patients. They was, however able to take on private patients. I was so impressed with the service I’d received to date that I had decide that I would sign up on the private list. That day I booked my initial assessment, paid my deposit and left a happy customer… The next contact I had with the dentist was around an hour or so before my assessment was due. It was a call to say that the dentist had called in sick and that my appointment would have to be rescheduled. Frustrating however these things happen so I was happy to reschedule. This time I received another call from the practise manager a few days before my appointment to say the dentist now had Covid so they would have to reschedule to the following week. This initial good impression I had of them was wearing thin. I explained that I was a new patient and that this was the second time I’d had this call. The manager, quite surprisingly said that the dentist frequently called in sick and it was something that needed to be dealt with. After I was told this information, quite frankly I didn’t even want to see this dentist. After some back and forth it was agreed that I would see another dentist for this appointment and going forward and that my appointment could be the same day just half an hour later. That was fine however why that wasn’t offered to me in the first place I’ll never know? Finally the time for my first appointment, I was greeted by the receptionist and gave my name. Her exact words at that point were “oh you’re the one who spoke to the manager the other day”? Quite shocked at that comment but trying to remember the reason I chose to sign up with this practise, I took my seat and waited. Whilst waiting the same lady who greeted me was “training” another member of staff, as the reception area is quite small and open plan I could quite clearly hear every word that was been said. The trainee was been asked to cancel customer’s appointment and input the data onto the computer, the next comment that came out the “teachers” mouth was “yeah just tell them the dentist is off sick or something and try and booked them in a few weeks.” How this person has a customer facing role, I’ll never know! My appointment with the dentist was fine, pleasant and met my expectations. Everything was explained regarding follow up appointments and as was also enquiring about cosmetic dentistry (veneers) I wanted more information regarding finance options. I was told to speak with the receptionist who would help with that. Back to the receptionist and asking about finance options, I was told “the managers not in today and she has the key to the office so I can’t help you” she did however say she would get the manager to give me a call the next day to run through my options. I’m not sure if that message didn’t get passed on or the manager just doesn’t want my money (potentially £1000’s) however I’m still waiting for this call a week later… Safe to say, I’m looking for a new dentist, preferably one with some customer service skills and the ability to use a telephone!

Been for a visit this morning with my 6 children, amazing practise. The dentist was great with all of my children, especially with my autistic son, he explained everything and made my son really at ease. Then when we had a issue after leaving the dentist, they were really helpful. My children are all excited to now visit again.

OK so I am low key impressed with my dentist right now seen the same lady 4 times now and every time it has been gentle and easy time. Must have a very steady hand with a soft touch. If you not a fan of the pain that sometimes comes with being at the dentist then I recommend.

Have been with Genix for over 4 years now, I can't thank the dentist (who is very reassuring and exceptionally thorough) dental nurses and reception staff enough. All are extremely helpful. Not one bad experience in all the years attending this practice. I would like to thank you all, for all you have done and your efficiency, professionalism all the while being understanding and empathetic when suffering. I highly recommend this practice for anyone even the most nervous of people.
