   Need your wisdom tooth removing? Is it your last one and the other three extractions have been traumatic and horrible? Then absolutely come to this practice and ask for Dr Srinivasaraghavan!! She is kind and caring and wonderful with communication. She listened to my concerns and put me at ease before extracting my last wisdom tooth. I was warned it likely could be a surgical extraction because of the curly roots on the tooth. Not only did she work her magic to get the tooth out without surgery but she did it in one piece with all THREE of the roots intact. She is absolutely amazing! I was blown away. Livvy the dental nurse was lovely and informed me about the aftercare and the atmosphere of the practice doesn't feel like a dentist. The reception staff are attentive and caring to patients needs. 10/10 and this is the first time I'm considering my ongoing dental health as I'm not petrified of returning to the dentist. Thank you everyone at this practice!

   Always a first class, friendly and caring service from everyone at this practice. Particular mention and thanks to Dr. Bhargavi for her thorough explanation as to the options I could consider for my treatment. I underwent several appointments, always clear communication as to the work carried out and I benefitted from the use of up to date technology. The work carried out by Dr. B was of the highest standard and precision. I have always needed work on my teeth and she is absolutely the best dentist I have ever been treated by.

   I'm still fuming that they took me off their register during covid without telling me & I still cannot find another NHS dentist! I refuse to pay private which they told me I could register with them again straight away if I wanted to pay monthly!!!!

   The staff of this practice were so rude, and fail to communicate knowledge to eachother. I was threatened for a problem they caused. I highly do not recommend this practice, and to avoid it at all costs. I am a patient of the hessle road dental practice. I was treated so poorly by your customer service/receptionist that they had me in tears. I paid £250 in ADVANCE, for my £450 dental bill, we weren't told the whole dental treatment would be done in one appointment, I originally was thought to believe it would be multiple, which is why I only paid half. NO ONE told me it would be all in one go. As i hadn't had the rest of the £207 at that moment, I asked them if I could pay some in a week from now(the 9th of February), and the rest on the 18th, they told me this was fine. Not even a week later, I haven't even received my sleeping guard yet, and another receptionist calls me, telling me about my bill. I explain to her what the other receptionist told me, her response was "well that wasn't me, so that's not my problem". I proceeded to ask why I was told it was okay, if it wasn't... She then responded with "you don't go to a grocery store and pay later, you pay now. I am sending this to collections" I proceeded to hang up on her, as I was about to cry from how horribly I was spoken to. My father was with me during my appt, and during this call. It's not my fault your staff fails to communicate knowledge to one another, and your staff has 0 customer service skills, when that is literally their ONLY Job. I called back, and received a much nicer receptionist, she said what we originally had was fine, and we are fine with continuing to pay on the original dates given. If your staff had better communication, this would have never happened. I already paid in advance, and was a good customer, there was no reason this call should have been made.

   Can't speak more highly of the staff at this Practice - always so obliging and if they can do anything to help then they will. Special mention must go to my lovely dentist Tharuni who gives her time so generously and gives you direct and no nonsense advice which is always appreciated and listened to. She and her dental nurse, Helen, are a great team and so friendly it's almost a pleasure - ha ha - almost!!! Highly recommend these ladies and the Practice as a whole.

   As usual the service was professional, efficient and punctual. Alison( our dentist) is relaxed and calm, has a sensitive and amusing way of dealing with her quirky patients. Astonishingly, any anxiety I had about dentists has gradually disappeared over the years I ve been going there. That’s got to be good.
