I moved to the area recently and was commuting back for dentist appointments. I then joined my dentist Grimsby and have been delighted with the service I’ve received. Starting with the receptionist Siàn, she is always happy to help with her bubbly aura and lovely smile! I’ve seen David for a check up, who was very thorough and polite. I’ve now started a clear correct with Mevash and Lisa who have both been very polite and knowledgeable. Lastly, the manager Kirsty is fantastic, you can clearly see her attentiveness to the operation and her care for the staff and customers! All around great experience would definitely recommend.
Do not recommend one bit. So I paid for a check up knowing what I needed doing when I arrived I was called through. They asked if I was nervous I replied yes. Sat on the seat and then she was saying what my teeth was one by one as they do then she said okay for 3 bottom teeth I had to tell her that they wasn’t so she went back and said to her assistant go back and changed it to damaged. After doing this she belittled me and spoke to me like I was a 5 year old that I was too young for dentures what happened in a real judgmental way. Proceeded to have my X-rays done. Then at back down for a plan after her showing me how to brush my teeth I’m not stupid. I need a lot of teeth out which I knew ( medical conditions left untreated) and a new denture top and bottom which I also knew in which she said I can take the teeth out but no denture plate as my gums need to get in a better condition even though with the bad teeth there my gums aren’t going to get better she wanted me to see a hygienist up to a full year before the denture plate upon questioning her on stuff like my original dentist didn’t do that faff and just took them out and gave me a plate she said that it was because they was rubbish dentist. I felt judged and belittled and also not impressed I paid that fee and had to correct on the teeth she said was okay I have now gone else where but avoid if you don’t want to be judged and made to pay for more treatments that aren’t necessary needed
First time visit today and what lovely friendly caring service from all the staff. Friendly caring people are such a rarity these days but honestly they were just so nice and welcoming ....makes you like the dentist lol
I can't believe that I got charged £90 for a consultation about getting denture implants, this consultation lasted no more than 15 minutes, to be quoted £14000 to £18000 for the procedure, I can't believe it, if you have money to throw away by all means go to this robbers.
I cannot praise this dentist enough, I'm an extremely anxious person when it comes to dentists but Mrs Anjum and her assistants have been brilliant with me, they're so patient and have helped me to feel less anxious when visiting. The receptionists are also so lovely. Thank you so much!
I have to say, the dentist, dental nurses and receptionists were so polite. I had an extraction done, the dentist and nurse were so patient and extremely caring. I cannot thankyou enough for rescuing me from the most terrible year with my mouth and teeth. Thankyou so much for helping me and advising me. I will make sure I use the practice moving forward as I really trust in your advice and work. Thankyou so very much x
Always a pleasant experience going here...believe it or not! The receptionist is so friendly and helpful and the dentist I see, Mr Hopper, is always so professional, informative and lovely to talk to. A truly great dental practice!
