   I had an emergency appointment the other day via 111 call due to extreme pain at the back of my mouth. While some of the staff were polite, the overall experience was upsetting and highlights ongoing problems with NHS dental care access. My last NHS dental appointment was when I was 16 due to parental issues at the time. For around seven years, I have repeatedly tried to register with an NHS dentist and have consistently been told that waiting lists are too long or that practices are not accepting new patients. Because of this lack of access, my dental issues have worsened to the point of severe pain, which could have been avoided with routine care. During the appointment, I felt spoken down to because I am not currently registered with an NHS dentist, despite this being something I have actively tried to resolve for years. I work just as hard as everyone else, yet I am effectively pushed towards private dental care, which I cannot afford. This feels unfair and leaves people without realistic access to essential treatment. I appreciate the help provided on the day, but the lack of ongoing NHS dental support and the way I was spoken to made the experience frustrating and disappointing.

   Absolutely brilliant out of hours service. The staff are brilliant and friendly, always supportive and informative. My appointment was at 8pm and after a quick exam, my tooth was removed and I was on my home by half past eight. Can't fault the service, the charge or the place in any way. I'd give ten stars if it was possible. :)

   I went here for an emergency appointment for an abscessed tooth. I was very nervous but the dentist and dental assistant were so lovely and very calming that my fear went away pretty quickly. I have had a few emergency appointments at different practices in the past, and usually they just prescribe antibiotics and rush you out the door, but here, they exceeded expectations by treating the tooth and preparing it for root canal treatment with my regular dentist.

   I have been a patient of Rejuvadent for 2 years and I have always been impressed with the level of care and attention I have received. The staff are always super friendly and welcoming, and they take the time to explain everything in a clear and concise way. I have always been happy with the results, and I have never had any pain or discomfort. He also explained all of the different treatment options available to me and answered all of my questions. I have always been given a thorough check-up at each appointment. The dentist has always been able to identify any problems early on and recommend treatment options. I have had a number of fillings at Rejuvadent. The dentists have always done a great job and I have never had any pain or discomfort. Overall, I have been very happy with the care I have received at Rejuvadent.    Visited tonight via 111 emergency due to wisdom tooth pain. They were quick to x-ray me which was good as showed other issues. Temp filling on a wisdom, no prior telling me they were about to do the needle. Told the dentist 3 times she was drilling me too much and I wasn't numb, twice she told me "let me check" and continued to drill. The temp filling hasn't even covered the entire hole she drilled!!!!! Numbing has now worn off and I am in absolute agony it's unreal! The whole right side of my face is in constant pain and so far paracetamol hasn't touched it!! Have a feeling I was right when I said she had drilled too much!!! I have never once been scared of dentists before but the rushing to get you in and out, not warning me and how rough she was has definitely made me on edge for further treatment. I'm in absolute agony on my whole right side... From a temporary filling!!!!!

   I have had terrible dentist experiences that have made me feel too scared to go back to one. Joey and Marie have acknowledged how bad my anxiety is, and have both made me feel more comfortable to go back. The best part about these two dentist, is that I told them I want to improve my oral hygiene, and all my past dentists haven’t helped me. On my first appointment with Joey I told him this, and he was happy to help me there and then and talked through my options. He made me feel comfortable and at ease seeing how bad my anxiety was. Marie was incredibly knowing how my bad my anxiety was, she made me feel comfortable and taught and showed me the right way for a better oral hygiene and I can already see a difference. Thank you to the whole team at Rejuvadent, even the reception team who make me feel welcomed upon arrival and leaving. I would definitely recommend this dental clinic for anyone experiencing dental anxiety.

   I had inflammation because of wisdom teeth and one of the molar and i none of the dentists didn’t helped or some of them just said about having it removed or constantly changing appointment dates. As I try to go there I had called them at around 9 and they booked an appointment on the same day and I got my molar sorted out by root canal treatment and now it didn’t get inflammated anymore. Highly recommended when someone is constantly searching for help with their tooth at any dayin a week.However, sometimes it’s difficult to get an appointment as this might be full very quickly.
