Fabulous shelves that look amazing in our kitchen. One tip is to seal them, as I put some mugs on them and the water stained slightly. Tom can advise what product to use. Great quality and I think they look great.

Avoid at all costs. Order was placed and I was contacted by phone to ensure the measurements were correct and was advised shelfs would be delivered in 1 week. 2 weeks later after trying to contact on several occasions I spoke woth someone who advised that i would be contacted woth an update regarding my order. Nothing not answering phone nor voicemail and then all of a sudden I was refunded. This is no way to run a business. Avoid Avoid Avoid
Ordered a shelf and while I can't fault the craftsmanship my order arrived damaged on 29/4/25. I emailed the same day to arrange a return for a replacement and in all honesty the customer service was awful, not replying/ignoring emails, constantly having to chase them, they eventually sent a returns label that didn't work (went to 3 different locations to try) and this took weeks and weeks. I finally agreed to a partial refund of £40 as I was really unhappy and was fed up with trying to get this resolved however even after chasing them for the refund 5 days ago I have again been ignored and so have ended up paying full price for a damaged product! Check reviews before using this company.
We ordered 4 shelves American light Oak. They turned up within a week, the quality was faultless , they were finished perfectly and well packed. Very happy - well worth the money
Paid nearly £100 for a shelf at the end of Nov. Had emailed and called/left voicemails many times to ask for an update on when it will arrive. Still no reply. Finally got through to the office (approx 7 months after still not receiving the shelves that I paid nearly £100 for), and was refunded in July.
Searched for a shelf suitable for over our Inglenook fireplace. Very long shelf required at 2500mm, so not many companies would quote me. One company did, but their shelf required me to drill the holes for the floating bracket which would require either specialist equipment or a very steady hand! Ordered from Greenoak, and glad I did all arrived in good order and so easy to put up. Very pleased.
Bit worried about ordering after reading some of the Google reviews. Could not be more pleased. Custom made floating shelves arrived within two weeks. Had enquiry about fitting after delivery - my email was answered within two hours. Just excellent craftsmanship and service, highly recommended.
True craftsmanship, super fast turn around (within 24hrs) and fantastic customer service. I’m so glad I didn’t use an online warehouse for our floating shelves. Our shelves were far better value and quality..thanks so much!
