   5 star service throughout. My Mum has been ill and needed a new mattress and the chap in the shop was very helpful and patient in helping my (very picky!) Mum choose the right mattress for her. No pushy sales just friendly and knowledgeable. I was worried about delivery as she lives alone and can get easily overwhelmed but I need not have worried. I was given a 2 hour timeslot, then a 10 minute notice via text so I was able to call her and let her know. When they arrived they noticed the slats on her bed were all wrong so did this for her and helped her fully with the mattress so all she needed to do was put the fitted sheet on. She said they were so kind and did everything so quickly and well. Thank you very much, the personal service my Mum received made a huge difference and it is much appreciated. We know where to come when she needs a new bed!

   I had put off buying a new mattress for some time as it’s an important purchase and one I wanted to get right. So to get such great service and choice was wonderful. Paul was brilliant, very knowledgable and we had a good chat too! I didn’t purchase immediately but having taken time to consider I felt confident in returning and placing an order. Luckily the mattress I ordered was in stock and it was delivered promptly with no fuss by Chris and Brandon who were fantastic! Would highly recommend, thank you to the team, you were all marvellous!

   Just taken delivery of our new bed and we are extremely happy. The whole experience has been absolutely first class from start to finish. The advice and service in the showroom from Paul was fantastic. We were never made to feel under any pressure through any sales jargon, simply give good advice from someone who clearly knew what they were talking about. Communication from the delivery team was really good and straightforward and the two guys who delivered the bed were superb. Our old bed was taken away and the new one assembled in record breaking time in a professional and friendly manner. ….couldn’t be better!

   We needed a new mattress and didn't know what we wanted. We were met Paul who was helpful and welcoming. He asked some introductory questions then guided us to suitable products to try. The range was wide and interesting. Paul guided us but didn't push. The company's pricing is competitive and they provided free delivery and disposal of our old mattress. It was also pleasing that this is a long established local company.

   I found the knowledge of the member of staff I met (Paul) very helpful. He introduced himself, gave me a review of the beds and their types, then left me alone so I could look at their large range of beds without being hassled. I had begun with a particular type of bed in mind but it became apparent it would not suit my needs and asking Paul for advice he understood what I needed. I left feeling I had been well served and happy with my purchase as every detail had been fully explained. Looking forward to receiving my purchase.

   Purchased a new mattress from the store and was assisted by Paul the sales consultant. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped us with choosing the best mattress for us. He advised us on the full range of products available and ensured we spent plenty of time laying on them all to get a good feel for the comfort. They have an amazing range in store and we would fully recommend a visit if looking for a new bed or mattress. Paul was very polite and helped us without being pushy. We were very satisfied and grateful with all the guidance and with the price and quality of our chosen mattress. Thanks.

   At last! We were able to chat to someone who actually has genuine knowledge of beds! Most of the shops these days, just have generic sales assistants but at Chichester Bedding Company we finally found someone with genuine knowledge and specialist training in beds and mattresses. Cannot begin to express my gratitude to Paul Palfrey who was helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely tried to ensure we made the correct purchase for our needs - how refreshing! No hard sell, just genuine customer care. Will never go anywhere else from now on. Thank you Paul and Chichester Bedding Centre for employing people who care!
