I'd like to pay special thanks to Hadeel, Becky and Michaela who were all brilliant. My appointment times were always on time, and the treatment I received was first class.    The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and – most importantly – honest. After a really disappointing experience elsewhere in Hull, coming here was such a relief. They took the time to clearly explain the treatment plan and what to expect, without any pressure or upselling. It’s clear that these are specialist orthodontists who genuinely care about doing things properly, not just making a quick buck. I felt listened to and in safe hands from the start. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality orthodontic care! Hadeel is such a wonderful lady, and the nurses I spoke to, so thanks for making me feel welcome.

   I decided to opt for the Invisalign treatment at Total Orthodontics and I am so pleased that I did. I have never been happier with my teeth until now. Whilst I am quite an anxious person and do not enjoy visiting the dentist at the best of times, Dr. Hadeel and Becky have been absolutely lovely, understanding and just so down-to-earth. I’m always put immediately at ease when I need to go in for a check up or filing. Would 100% recommend Total Orthodontics to anyone considering treatment.

   IGNORE REPLYS FROM UM IT'S JUST TO LOOK THERE SORTING A COMPLAINT IT'S HONESTLY AGAINST NHS BUT LOVE PRIVATE Waste of time, you wait forever then get treated as an NHS problem!! ignored when you raise concerns or just struggling with some parts of the treatment, to be fare I could say alsorts but my advice is try get referred somewhere else to get treatment if possible, The Orthopaedic Doctor who my child had providing their treatment was very rude so its ended with me having to complain go to ombudsman & put all your concerns across in hope that the treatment continues with another Doctor here or elsewhere, it's then more waiting so the whole process to just want straight teeth cause one person is just impossible to engage with "The professional" do research & I hope my child gets his sorted cause the fact he as said I can't deal with that I'll wait till I'm on a good wage is disgusting it's years of hoping you get an appointment to then feel it was years wasted on waiting IGNORE REPLY IT'S JUST TO LOOK Good, IF YOU LOOK DOWN THEY NEVER REPLY NORMALLY.

   Great so far. I visited around July 2021 to enquire about adult braces. I had a consultation with the orthodontist which was friendly and informative and started treatment shortly after. Reception are always friendly and polite, my appointments are usually with Hadeel and Vicky and they are both superb. Friendly, fast, efficient and clearly very talented. It hurts a lot less than I imagined it would too. If you are thinking of having this kind of procedure done on your smile. I would most definitely recommend.

   I have been overly impressed by the care and speed of my treatment at Total Orthodontics, Hull. The staff here are so friendly and take a genuine interest in you every time you go. I look forward to each and every one of my visits and cannot thank Dr Al-Shwaikh enough for what she has done for me already and i'm only 2 months into my treatment!! Lovely Orthodontist and staff who in my opinion makes the place what it is.
