We've been using Towcester/Weedon Vets for a out 12 years and they have looked after our dogs with remarkable care and compassion. From the wonderful staff at reception to the out of hours consultations, they've the care they have provided has been top quality without exception.
I have taken duke here for 8 years since he was a puppy. Couldn't ask for a more friendly caring team. Dukes recent visit and surgery was a success and the team take such good care of him!! I leave him there knowing hes well cared for. Helen always gives her best advise which i now trust implicitly. Every surgery shes performed has been flawless and successfull and she always oversees his follow ups and recovery. Its personal and you're not just a client. I now travel back to weedon despite not being local any more just so he can stay with the team. Thanks to everyone in the team for being so lovely and helpful . Jamie
Very good vets. We spent a fortune at another vet who failed to diagnose our poor Jack Russell (Nelson) with severe stomach cancer. Weedon vets managed to pick this up very quickly. Unfortunately there was nothing we could do but they came to our house to help him on his journey to his next life. Our other dogs knew he had gone and this was very important because they need to understand and know what has happened. Anyway, best vets we have been too. Thank you.
So impressed with the service provided. Barney needed a check up after a Christmas incident. All the staff were kind and helpful. Luckily Barney is all ok. I was also pleased to find I didn’t have to take out a mortgage to pay the bill! Excellent veterinary.
Thank you so much for all the care you have given to Harry. What a lovely veterinary surgery. Just wish you were closer. Harry had major dental work done. He has been in excellent hands and they stuck within the quote that was given. As a family we are so grateful for all that they did for Harry.
I was reluctant to leave a review about this practice as i thought as i was very anxious and highly emotional as my bulldog george was extremely ill and was dying of cancer .But after seeing several reviews i feel that what i thought at the time was true .I took my darling boy for a second opinion i asked for a experienced vet i got helen. On arrival reception girls lovely but the meeting of helen who couldn't be bothered to take her hands out of her pockets and frankly looked liked she was just leaving ,we were her last oppointment as she willingly told us .As for my darling boy she was argumentative cold and down right rude and couldnt give a f...k i did ask for an experienced vet but got a cold old women who needs to retire and go do something else like collecting plastic bottles and stop trying to get money from people for no reason other than she can outrageous avoid at all costs ! Horrible women !
I would recommend weedons vet anytime the people in there absolutely wonderful very helpful The Veteran is stay was absolutely brilliant with Sky that's my dog and the lady who done sky she was at so lovely and very caring and understanding and she was very thorough with Sky I would like to say a big thank you very much for all of you.
I really can't recommend The Towcester vets group enough. Having been under another vets in a different part of Northampton for many years we started to question whether the care and decision making they provided was "right" and we were right to. Everything Weedon and Towcester have done for us has been completed to the highest professional standards, quickly and fairly priced. They have been down to earth and honest with us over the issues we have been having and have never had anything but the best interest of our dog in mind.
