This is the Veterinary practice we use. Very good and supportive. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This is definitely the best vets I've been to. They took our concerns seriously about our cat and we've finally figured out what's been going on. They recommended us to a specialist and now she's doing a lot better. Huge thank you to the time and care these vets put in, and thank you to reception as well for always helping us out.

I took my small dog with a small growth under her eyelid to have it removed She was basically mutilated, firstly the wound was badly infected which later after witnessing the lack of attention shown to hygiene by the vet involved I was appalled! Then after the second or third lot of antibiotics and well over two weeks of nursing the wound the stitchers were still well and truly embedded in the wound and it was quite obvious they were not disolvable even though the condisending elderly receptionist reasured me they were! I rang up and asked if they minded removing them so I was called in to have them removed! My poor little dog was pulled about on her eyelid and she squealed with pain by the same time vet on the floor in the treatment area, then the rough vet wiped her eye with a piece of paper he pulled off the roll they wipe the table with and was touching her eye without washing his hands! I was really distressed about the whole thing and so was my little Jack Russell, the vet then decided to sedate her and that turned into another drama because on his knees instead of putting her on the treatment table was attempting to inject her and missed so he didn't know weather the siren went into the dog or missed absolute fiasco the result my dogs eyelid is uneven on the lid and catching her eye is weeping and runs constantly lumps and bumps all over the place and I don't know what to do because I can't afford it and I am frightened about what would happen if someone else had a go! They haven't once attempting to follow up and see how it healed instead they are waiting for me to take her in so they can change me more money! Hundreds of pounds

Few vets seem to treat chickens nowadays, so this surgery is a gem. They are so knowledgeable and professional, but most importantly they are very caring and compassionate. Today we said goodbye to this beautiful chicken Dove. A rare fox attack yesterday and injuries that were too severe for further treatment. I held her for 10 minutes in the surgery room, as she drifted of to sleep, loving her cuddles as always. She was about 7 years old and had been with us for more than 4 years, part of my own healing journey after some personal trauma. Goodbye Dove, enjoy heaven, you deserve it. Thank you to all at Beech House, I have no hesitation in recommending this practise

We sadly had to put our beautiful 12 year old German Shepherd boy, Axel, to sleep on Monday. All the staff at Beech House were so kind, caring and empathetic. The veterinary nurse allowed us plenty of time to say goodbye, even though he was very stubborn, and we cuddled with him until the very end.

Very friendly vet, you don't feel like you are being ripped off. We have a number of animals and we have not had a bad experience since we started using beech 15 years ago. Lots of vet practices over charge because they expect everyone to have pet insurance, we don't and we don't feel Beech house is out to exploit pet owners.

Great vets. Not often hard to get a same day appointment if you call in the morning which is great and the staff are all very friendly and caring.

Wouldn’t take my animals any where else. All the vets are kind and practical. The vet nurses are caring and compassionate and the receptionist always assists me with the many insurance claims and appointments for my girl. Would highly recommend.

Lovely people, looked after all my pets for the last 30 years plus. Always helpful and willing to fit you in at short notice. Thank you for looking after my lab for the last 16yrs, and treating her with such respect right to the end.
