   What can I say about the team at 1813? They are more than just a pleasure to work with, they are masters of their craft. Every step stage of our process together has been a joy, their attention to detail is second to none, the time they take to listen to what it is you want always proves invaluable as what they deliver has exceeded our expectations on every occasion. We brought them on to design, build and install our kitchen, all cabinetry for three bathrooms and a bespoke DJ and record storage unit in our home, and they are amazing. Robin and the team are absolutely lovely to have around, considerate and consummate professionals and honestly what they leave behind is more than furniture, it is a transformation. Can't thank or recommend the team at 1813 enough.

   Robin and the team at 1813 have been brilliant they have completed several projects for us now - complete bespoke bedroom furniture and wardrobes, bespoke cloak room storage , large office and whole wall storage build and most recently our utility room. The quality of the work and product is excellent we are very pleased indeed with all of it. Robins designs offer a very clean aesthetic with high quality materials something that is much harder to pull off than more ornate / fussy designs. The other really important thing is Robin is a brilliant problem solver our house has some unusual rooms and shapes and needs a very bespoke approach and willingness to design and manufacture for this. Robin seems to take this in his stride and is a master of solving these sorts of problems. Others that quoted before we found 1813 were not able to do this. We also liked the way Robin was happy to offer a huge range of different finishes and materials to suit our budgets and taste. I would highly recommend 1813 hence 5 star rating form me - Many thanks to Robin and the team your efforts have been much appreciated.

   Robin and the 1813 team are utterly faultless. Every aspect of dealing with them is professional and a pleasure. Robin’s eye to detail and pure skill and talent results in the most unique and special of pieces. We have been fortunate for him to build incredible wardrobes, a media and shelving wall, a stunning bar area, bookshelves and a boot room. Each one has their own USP and make the house. Every detail is perfection and the process could not have been easier. Robin really listens to what you want and what is important to you and delivers.

   After doing the usual enquiries with two local companies, my wife decided to give 1813 a call. Well, thankfully she did, as Robin came round and did a measure up. We had a rough idea of what we wanted and with a few tweaks and suggestions by Robin my wife was happy. What really impressed us, was the detailed plans of the units hand drawn in not one but three pads of various sizes, along with Robins unfazed attitude when my wife wanted a change made. He even invited us to his workshop so my wife could see the actual colour she had chosen, along with the handles. Robin even suggested that as we had tall doors made, that we let them settle in over a month, in case we needed to call him back. He did come back on a very very minor problem and reassured us it was no problem him coming back. It has been over four months since the fitting, absolutely love the wardrobes along with the matching bedside cabinets (which he suggested, which we hadn’t thought of, as ours would definitely been out of keeping.) We would highly recommend and would use again. Thank you very much Robin!

   Robin surpassed himself with our bespoke home library with hidden secret bookcase doors, storage window seat and bookcase with base cupboards for extra storage which also included the framework for a library ladder. From concept to installation, Robin fulfilled a life long dream to create a beautiful and functional home library with a difference. We are literally thrilled with the attention to detail, the quality and expertise of his work. We would highly recommend Robin and will be using 1813 Furniture again for future projects.

   Robin helped to redesign my little turret kitchen - an awkward space which benefitted greatly from his craftsmanship. He was very professional from start to finish and did a great job within budget. He was also very helpful with recommendations for other trustworthy tradesmen.    We were introduced to Robin by our bathroom plumber as we wanted a solid wood custom bathroom cabinet. Robin was able to design something that fitted beautifully with the aesthetics of our bathroom, was responsive when the design had to change from a traditional cabinet to a corner cupboard. The final design and look exceeded our expectations. He was able to arrange for the cupboard to have a sprayed paint finish and we are looking forward to enjoying it for many years to come. Would highly recommend and will hopefully use him on home projects in the future.

   We wanted a kitchen that looked special and not off the peg as our house is old so had to be fitting with its style and low ceilings. We wanted our choice of cabinets and colour and new this would be bespoke and would have to be hand built. From out first meeting with Robin we knew we were in safe hands. His attention to detail was second to none and following his site visit he immediately understood the brief. He gave us some wonderful ideas on design styles and use of space that we were so grateful for. What Robin has made for us went beyond our expectations and looks amazing! Throughout the process Robin made it so easy for us and nothing to too much trouble. Robin is clearly a details man and this shows in the craftsmanship of his work. We cannot get over how beautiful the kitchen looks and are so grateful to Robin for this.
