   We were on holiday when my dog developed an ear infection. We were fitted in the next morning (noone else in the area could/would) and the lady Vet (sorry I didnt catch her name) was excellent with her. Normally our dog is so anxious at the vet's she has to be sedated beforehand. This wasn't really possible in an emergency situation but she calmed her down, treated her on the floor rather than the dreaded table and the treatment was very effective. Fees were reasonable. Sports Field next door to run about in. Thank you so much

   I have just recently joined this Vets and so far I am very impressed. The staff are very polite and helpful, the reception is really bright, spacious and clean. It looks and feels more like a nice GP surgery. Mirela has seen Chewie twice, she is very patient with him, very kind and she explains everything she is doing. The consultations ran over the 15 minutes but I was never hurried along. The Pet Health Club Plus plan already saved me the full consultation cost today, it's definitely worth the monthly fee.

   Fantastic vets. Had dogs for about 6 years now and never come away feeling as informed and looked after as we did here. So glad this is our local vets-Laura and the team have been amazing and even set up bespoke reminders for our new puppy's vaccinations and flea/worm treatments as they differ to our more mature dog. They also couldn't have been more helpful with regards to setting up the Pet Plan and explaining it fully (more than once!) Until we finally got our heads around it, (a service our previous vets offered but never actually told us about which could've saved us hundreds of pounds!) Very, very happy customers and can't wait to see them again, such a lovely, friendly team :)

   Excellent response to my Dog's booster needs that previous vet was unable to do. We had missed an appointment by ten minutes at previous vet who was then unwilling or unable to find ten minutes that day to administer the booster. Insisting that because they couldn't now do anything for a month he would have to restart at additional cost. Contacted Staverton Vets, as local recommendations were glowing, and found out why others had moved to them too. Very helpful and responded to my Dog's needs without fuss.
