We were so fortunate to find this veterinary clinic when we moved to Moreton-in-Marsh from Oxfordshire. The care our pets have received has been sensitive and kind. The personnel are really good with people (and pets!), and we would highly recommend. Thanks so much for your excellent service!
We took our foster dog to Hook Norton and had a great experience. The team was friendly, helpful, and clearly cared about the animals they treat. Our pup was given a thorough check-up, microchipped, and prescribed antibiotics for an infection — all handled with professionalism and kindness. We're really grateful for the support. Highly recommend!
Two staff at reception desk -friendly and efficient at dealing with my enquiry. One, on the phone was conversing in a gentle and sympathetic manner with a client. I was only collecting a prescription for a puppy so these two were my only contacts but I liked their calm and professional atmosphere. Outside, the buildings looked well maintained, the grass along the drive was immaculate and the tubs of summer flowers were show stoppers. These also added greatly to my overall impression of the place being well managed. Most reassuring.

Independent non corporate practice apparently actually owned by vets working in the practice. The customer service is good, particularly in the main hospital. Branch surgeries appear to have less experienced vets but fine for routine appointments.
Very caring and professional approach. Both my cats have had need if their services in an emergency and their care has been excellent
Registered my 2 mini schnauzers here today, vet came out to the car to get us, weighed them In, and a little healthcare check. What a wonderful experience at a veterinary surgery. So pleased I have them there now after seeing all the lovely reviews on the practice, on my 1st visit totally deserving of 5 stars! Thank you for being so kind with my anxious girl.
