Being very rude would not let us eat in the canteen we been sitting in there for a year and half and was told to get out now we have to sit in the rain out side... stuff laughing at mums with a son that can not walk and he's in a wheelchair it all changed very rude and nasty
Yesterday, I had a physio appointment with Rosie. She was fantastic - took the time to listen to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions in a way that was easy for me to understand.
In my opinion the staff here are uncaring, under trained and neglect those put into their care.
The Holycross Hospital is a first class clinic run by professional and knowledgeable staff. I can recommend this facility to any ventilated and non ventilated patient. Every patient gets treated with dignity and respect. Keep up the fantastic work!
