Lovely experience for our 17 week gender scan. All staff were kind, helpful and knowledgeable. We wanted our gender written down so they were great with ensuring that we closed our eyes when necessary. Excited to open our gender envelope on Christmas Day!

We went on a busy day, but the staff were brilliant and kept us informed of waiting time etc promptly. There were six of us there for my daughter's scan and the staff made sure we all got to see the screen. Excellent and friendly service, with lots of little additonal extras to purchase on top of your prepaid package deal. Highly recommend.
From booking to scan (yes I had to re-scan due to baby position) everything was seamless. The staff are beyond exceptional. The receptionist, Holly is so lovely and helpful. It was a great experience just speaking to her on the phone for queries and rescheduling. The sonographer, and assistants were very reassuring and know/ well oriented with what theyre doing. The clinic itself is bright, airy, and gives a relaxed and loving environment. Parking is big and cheap, and lots of areas nearby to walk around and buy food. Best experience with private scan ever (ooh forgot to add the gel they use is warm which makes it extra).
Wonderful lovely private 4D scan. Place is so nice and picture perfect, with lots of options available for baby gender. Fast service and staff very friendly.
Incredible service throughout, this is our second visit and everyone has been fantastic both times. Incredibly thorough, professional, kind and welcoming! Can’t recommend this enough!
Anja and the team were really lovely and gave us a warm welcome upon arrival. Our baby didn’t show his face during our scan so we were encouraged to walk around for 10 minutes, and then we had a rescan where we saw our baby and got some amazing pictures. Highly recommend!
Always such a lovely experience here at Alton. Our sonographer was wonderful, really friendly and persevered to get us a good scan image when baby covered their face. Would absolutely recommend.
Quick and efficient service. Staff are all friendly. I had a full 4D health check at 30 weeks and was very happy with the outcome and the pictures of bubba. :) would highly recommend.
