I only came to this hair dressers as my hair dresser is here now, (she’s amazing) but I’m so glad she is!! the whole team can not do enough for you, I had Anna and John both look at my hair and tell me what the best shade of red was best and the best way to do it, John is the most beautiful kind hearted person I’ve ever met at a hairdressers, (not my hair dresser) but I just had to say how nice he is and all the team !
Ann was very understanding of my recent illness which has affected the condition of my hair . I am aged 63 so I have a lot of grey now.. I asked for a much shorter style and showed some example pictures . She was happy to go with the short style and asked me to trust her with the length/ style at the front . She also recommended some products which hopefully will improve the condition and encourage growth . I was very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend Ann for her very good advice on styles . She is clearly very experienced too. Everyone on the salon was friendly and helpful.
I have never been to a salon before, I used to use just use mobile hairdressers. I attended my appointment to the salon and I was blown away. It was such a great atmosphere. All staff were so friendly and I was offered a drink on arrival. Ann called me over, we spoke in depth about my hair and she made me feel at ease. All I can say is what a lovely lady Ann was, talking to me throughout and made me feel at ease and relax. My hair has never felt so good! I feel human again!
Visited the salon for the first time today. A very warm welcome, and offered a drink straight away. After a thorough consultation with Rachael was treated to a very relaxing hair wash and head massage. After a poor haircut earlier on in the week at a different establishment Rachael was able to cut and style it to my taste. The final result will take a few more visits, but Rachael has already managed improve my hairstyle 100%. Would highly recommend and looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you.
I have been visiting Unique for just over 4 years now and have never had anything but praise for the staff. Jodie has helped me with the transition of my hair from dark full head colour to easing it in to greying. My hair always looks great when I leave and I am really happy that Jodie has helped me achieve my goals. Used unique for 10 plus years staff change very quickly felt like was on convvererbelt uninterested in anything I had to say didn't listen to my needs felt very disappointed shame used to lovegoing there won't be back, only member of staff that makes you feel welcome now is Danny so sorry to to say won't be back girl that cut my hair was very unprofessional bad mouthing previous staff unacceptable when you go there to relax etc
Jody does my hair, she's such a skilled stylist and I highly recommend her. It's a lovely salon and the staff are allways welcoming and professional
