   Our wee boy was unwell during the busy week leading up to Easter. Dr McGuigan called within half an hour, saw us straight away and booked a follow up appointment the following morning. It was evident that she was caring and diligent and whilst keeping a close eye on his symptoms she was knowledgeable and reassuring, and ultimately saved us a trip to hospital. Great practice, all staff have been brilliant any time we have needed their services.

   After being at a surgery in Dundonald and having to ring 200+ times a day just to get through and be told ring back tomorrow ( which goes on for days) this surgery is an absolute delight, friendly helpful and caring.

   Dr Ross goes above and beyond patient care he is very quick at replying to messages and genuinely concerned for his patients welfare also there is also a little humour in our conversations which is in my opinion very good for moral I have been very lucky to have him as my doctor Leo the telephone staff are very helpful and always get the job done thankyou all james

   Just joined this practice recently and had my first visit today. Joining a new practice can be daunting after 41 years at a previous practice but I have to say I came away feeling very happy. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Dr Harper made me feel at ease and I was more than happy coming out of my consultation. Great service.

   Came for a smear test today which is dramatic enough. My appointment was for 4.15. After sitting beside a lady for 1 hour the nurse appeared to say that the receptionist did not sign her through properly to know she was there. The elderly lady was annoyed put polite as apologies were made by the nurse but not receptionist.After being the last in the doctors at 6 o'clock and sitting with my children of 4 I went up to the receptionist explaining how long I had been waiting and asked if I was signed off being there. She made no apology but said yes. The nurse appeared abit later . Shook her head at the receptionist who couldn't care to notice and told me to go on down to room and had a quick chat to receptionist. My nurse apologised beyond what she should have although when I was leaving the reception disappeared, maybe off home as that was her attitude anyway. Longest I have waited before was 45 mins. Hour and half with 4 children to get a smear test was a joke. The receptionist needs to be dealt with accordingly as is not fit for her job and obviously needs training or a different career. On the other hand. Thank you to my nurse who dealt brilliantly. I think it's hard enough for woman to go for a smear never mind a lazy receptionist.

   Good car parking facility beside easy entrance to consulting rooms. Waiting area spacious, clean and tidy. Friendly reception staff. Surgeries comfortable and practical, medical staff professional, user friendly situation. Highly recommended.
