   I was assigned a counsellor who was emotionally harmful and had some backwards views regarding gender identity and sexuality she did not keep to herself and affected the support offered. Safeguarding concerns were not listened to when I tried to take the matter further. Although I am sure that many counsellors are good, I cannot recommend this service to members of the LGBT community, especially trans people. Avoid. Seek help elsewhere.

   Committed, competent and compassionate staff offering a superb specialist service (which is even more important when statutory services fail to deliver). During one of my darkest periods, they helped turn my life around - and all for free (other than an entirely discretionary donation).

   Amazing therapy Very nervous going,on the end it felt like an old friend! To any one who feels alone and afraid to talk I would totally advise to talk about how feel , they go at your pace and everything stays private !
