   The best physio I've ever tried. With two compressed discs in my back I've always been in pain. I can't tell you the relief of feeling no pain at all after just 3 sessions. A miracle worker and a lovely person.

   I never knew what a benefit there was in going to a physiotherapist regularly until I had an operation and needed help rehabilitating. With a huge amount of clinical experience in complicated conditions, Cat provided excellent advice, therapy and support and was instrumental in my recovery to normal life. Her multi therapy approach in one session made all the difference. I had been to other therapists over the years for various back and shoulder issues but in comparison their approach often only used one method and was less successful for my recovery. I still go for regular maintenance and to prevent niggles becoming big problems. Cat takes time to understand each issue and in one session I can have Graston, laser, needling and manual therapy to help improve my problem if I need it. Her Pilates reformer is a state of the art therapeutic version, and has many more features than the versions in Pilates studios. It allows you to isolate areas to strengthen your body so you don’t hurt weakened parts, and then she provides home exercises to assist if relevant to you. As a result I find that any problem resolves more quickly. I also find her sessions are longer than my previous therapists thus allowing the effective use of different techniques to help improve my mobility and reduce pain quicker than I have previously experienced. Makes life so much easier knowing that if I have a problem Cat is there is help.

   I cannot recommend Cat highly enough. I have been treated by Cat on and off for over ten years now and twice during that time she has helped me overcome significant back issues. I have been treated by many physios over the years, but none compare to the service that Cat offers. In fact, despite my employer offering physio sessions for free with a different provider, I still choose to use Cat at my own expense to ensure that my recovery is managed in the most effective way possible.

   I was treated by Cat after a neck injury and I couldn't be more impressed with the care and professionalism I received. From the start she created a personalized treatment plan that was both effective and manageable. What stood out most was her caring approach, always checking in on my progress and making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire recovery process. The results speak for themselves: I’m back to full mobility with no discomfort. I highly recommend Cat to anyone in need of physiotherapy.    I am fortunate in having found Cat two years ago through my partner who has also been treated by her. She has helped me through a couple of knee injuries and more recently, a very painful shoulder injury. I have found her to be very caring, thorough and professional. Cat has listened carefully to my needs. She assesses and then treats in a holistic way. Treatment with needles gave instant success in releasing muscles in spasm in my neck and back. This is just one of many types of treatment she has given me. In addition, I have always left appointments with good, effective exercises to complete at home..... Thank you so much Cat. I won't hesitate to get in touch if I need physio in the future.
