This B&B is absolutely stunning. We were in Chichester for a Wedding and booked at short notice after a disaster at our first hotel. The staff could not have been more helpful with quick responses. The house is beautifully kept and full of history, everything was immaculately clean. The staff were very helpful with the parking directions and called me to talk me through it. One of the staff helped us take the most beautiful pictures of us all dressed up in front of the lovely historic rooms. The breakfast was cooked to order and taste, everything was great quality. Yes breakfast is at a shared table but the table is enormous! Overall a very recommended stay and far better than any other hotels/B&Bs we tried for the same price with brilliant customer service! The hotel is next to the town centre and a large safe car park and is easily accessible to buses etc.

Location is perfect, within the town centre and great that you get your own parking space. Breakfast was also good although you're sharing a communal table with other guests. The room was very neglected, for the price of the property I expect more than the accomodation we had. Screws protruding dangerously from the bathroom cabinet and spider webs that could put arachnophobia to shame, not even a plug socket by the bed to charge your phone. For close to £150 for 1 night it's just not worth it.

We booked the house for a special birthday family celebration. From the start Laura was helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble. The house was perfect - clean and beautifully furnished with everything thought of including a lovely welcome basket. We had a wonderful weekend there and were all sad to leave. I know that we will return!

It was a lovely place to stay, you couldn't be more in the centre of town than here and close to all restaurants and shops but a few streets back not to be in the main stream. The rooms are clean and the bed really comfortable. We had a beautiful bath in our room, but if staying here do check if you are unable to get in or out of a bath and require a shower as the bath is so very deep. Because of COVID-19 we had a delightful breakfast delivered to our room each morning on a tray, the croissants were the best we have ever tasted and the biggest we have seen, it was all very filling tasty and fresh. The building is in keeping with the surroundings and area. There was no tv in our room but there are beautiful sitting rooms one was opposite our room which you can sit in if you wish to watch the telly that however wasn't important to us as we were out all the time. One sitting room has an amazing piano, another just sofa's and chairs the B&B is beautiful furnished and clean. Laura who runs the B&B is lovely, friendly and helpful. Lots and lots to see in Chichester The cathedral and the Palace gardens is most definitely worth a visit. Thank you, was a lovely stay and we would definitely recommend your lovely B&B
