Had a one night stay at this B&B. Couldn't fault a thing and the lady who runs it is lovely. Good breakfast and great location. Would definitely return. Thank you.

Friendly b&b in Rowlands Castle that was handy for attending the Goodwood Revival. Great breakfast and clean room with a modern bathroom and shower.

Whilst this is on the very outer periphery of Rowlands Castle, the location is still very pretty and there's a nice bridle path to the beautiful village itself. The (single) room was spacious and well equipped and the bed comfortable. Bathroom was very well appointed and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was a proper delight; cooked fresh and with a wide choice of items to choose from. The conservatory style breakfast room was large airy and had a great view of the fields bordering the property. Linda was a great host too. There was a lot of room from another occupant, but it was dealt with by the host promptly on request. There is no shelf in the shower for shave oil, conditioner etc. a bugbear of mine, but overall that is a minor quibble.

A very nice house, a delicious breakfast, good hosts, everything is friendly, the view of the meadow is gorgeous, but there is a minus: the windows are not strong and there are many mosquitoes, and the noise from the meadow disturbs sleep.

Friendly owners, nice location. Only thing stopping me giving 5 stars were the amount of spiders in the room! 38 one day and a further 26 the following week. I would gladly stay here again and thank Linda and Tim for their kindness towards us.

Lovely staff, very peaceful here. Only thing stopping me giving 5* is the huge amount of spiders in the room. I am glad i brought my hand held hoover with me as i hoovered up 36 spiders!!!!! Yuck!
