   Denise was a very welcoming host and had a pot of tea and fabulous home made brownies ready upon our arrival. Breakfast was exceptional with delicious homemade raspberry scones and high quality local produce used in the cooked options. A great location from which to explore the Bay and Newcastle. Highly recommended.

   This was our first stay at The Carriage Rooms. It was fabulous . Our room was bright and spacious with a huge comfortable bed. Great shower in a lovely spacious bathroom . Tea and home made brownies on arrival and a wonderful breakfast the following morning - whats not to like ! Denise the owner is a lovely person All in all if you need a place to stay in Dundrum this is it !!!

   You always receive a warm welcome at the Carriage House. There are lovely touches such as a hot water bottle in your bed and home made biscuits. The breakfast is amazing. Location incredible - straight out the front door and onto the bay. Winner!

   Perfect place to stay - gorgeous house with a fantastic art collection. Warm welcome from Maureen and a fantastic breakfast. Stewed plums with natural yoghurt a healthy winner! Already trying to work out when we can come back... Photos - view from our bedroom window of the beautiful back garden, and an evening seascape back over dundrum 5 mins walk away.

   We had a very lovely room overlooking the bay and experienced the best night's sleep we'd had in a Hotel/B&B for years. Maureen, the proprietor was very friendly and attentive and served up a wonderful breakfast. The Mourne Seafood Bar is 200yds away across the road and the Buck's Head (both excellent for dinner) is next door. Many wonderful walks nearby. The Carriage House would be hard to beat for a quiet night away from it all.
