   Castle View Just had weekend away at this beautiful well furnished house. The view is magnificent, just having the sea across the road from the house entices you to want to walk along side the accompanying footpaths. The house is the most meticulous clean property that we have ever had the pleasure to stay in. We have already booked a return visit here. A visit to Port Solent is a must. If I wtite anymore, you may think I own the house lol. Thanks again Oliverball.

   I haven't been notified in advance & I haven't appreciated whatsoever to have received a surprise visit from the cleaners. It's unacceptable I could have been using my earbuds, sleeping or I could have been in the bathroom, anyway unable to hear eventually their knocking and entrance it would have given me a massive fright and shock to find people in the property out of the blue. My privacy has been violated as I was out and I couldn't secure my belongings as I didn't know anything about this visit and also Oliver Ball Serviced Apartments has the courage to claim no responsibility in case of theft. I was furious really offended by this lack of professionalism and respect. Also Oliver Ball website refers in general to luxury accommodation well mine wasn't certainly luxurious. Will never book again.

   Highly recommend Oliverball apartments for a stay in Southsea and the wider Portsmouth area. We stayed in Wainscott Terrace and the house was clean, modern & had everything needed for a couple of weeks stay. When there was fault with the smoke alarm system, there was no hesitation from Colin and the maintenance team to get it sorted for us. Excellent service, and a lovely home-away-from-home in Southsea. Thank you!

   Me and my friends stayed at Colin's house on Heyshott Road and it is absolutely brilliant, it was exactly as described, the bedrooms were very comfortable and felt very homely - the kitchen is spacious and well equipped, and the open plan living/dining area was very nice. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay right in the heart of Portsmouth, its walkable to the beach and pier, and to the town centre - me and my friends had an amazing time

   we had an excellent time at Morley Cottage - it was perfect for our sort break stay, conveniently located for the bus ride into Historic Portsmouth and Gunwharf Quays for the shopping. We also had some lovely walks along the beach, which was 5/10 minutes walk from the property. The information from Colin before, during and after was brilliant and meant we knew everything we needed to know - including the really helpful manual. Overall, we had a great time at Morley Cottage!

   Spotlessly clean and very nice apartment. My daughter and I were staying in Portsmouth whilst visiting family and it was very comfortable and convenient. The booking process and communication were excellent as well. It would have been good if the outside courtyard could have been tidied and weeded. It was a mess and let the place down. Also would have been nice if the cleaning staff didn't hang around on the doorstep before check out.

   What an amazing stay we had. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped. Very strategic location with easy access to Southsea and nearby shops for groceries or anything else you might need. Communication with the host was thorough, they made sure we have everything we need and instructions were clearly laid out. Had no issues whatsoever. Apartment was well suited for a family of 4 with 2 double bedrooms, good amount of towels provided, and everything available if you wish to cook your own meals rather than eating out. The only tips from us: would be nice to have a vacuum cleaner/mop to be able to clean the floor if needed and also table lamps in the rooms would be useful as well. Nothing major though and it didn't affect our stay. Definitely recommend and will be booking again in the future. Brilliant service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   A super stay for a week in this lovely quiet location in Southsea. Proximity to restaurants, bars, supermarkets, excellent bus service was a real bonus. We loved the area and in fact used our car only once in a week to visit the Isle of Wight.... preferring to walk and bus it everywhere! Loads to see for our first visit to Portsmouth. The accommodation was perfect for us. Comfortable, compact, airy, clean and well maintained to a high standard. Many thanks to Colin and Heidi for answering our questions before and during the visit..... good to know they were just at the end of a phone if needed. We were so lucky with the weather and thought the only small thing that would have been appreciated was a patio table at the front of the house to enjoy a g n t in the lovely early evenings we had! Not so vital if it had been raining of course!!!! Many thanks to all for making our stay so memorable and hope to return again in the not too distant future.
