Excellent experience with all the team at Chinneck Shaw for the sale of my flat. Very helpful trustworthy advice from years of knowledge. They have a Sales Progressor who keeps in contact with all parties - buyer, seller, solicitors etc to ensure everything stays on track.

I recently concluded my 3 years tenancy with Chinneck Shaw, and I’m delighted with the experience. From start to finish, the property management was exceptional. Maintenance issues were handled promptly and professionally, and the team was always willing to accommodate my busy schedule. One of the most impressive aspects was the rent. It was very reasonable compared to similar properties in the local area, and there were no annual increases throughout my tenancy. I also appreciate the transparency in managing my rental account. On two occasions, I had unknowingly overpaid via bank transfer, and Chinneck Shaw proactively reviewed my account, refunded the overpayment, and returned my deposit without any hassle. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the service and would gladly recommend Chinneck Shaw to anyone seeking a well-managed rental property. I only wish I could stay longer at the property but had to relocate out of the city due to work. Jamie, Tim and Toni really went above and beyond to ensure the sale of our house went through as smoothly as possible from start to finish. The team are always quick to communicate with solicitors and ourselves, and nothing is ever too much trouble. Jamie really has shown compassion throughout, and has made this process as stress free as possible. The sale of our house was going through when I was heavily pregnant, and Jamie would first and foremost always ask how I was doing which my husband and I really appreciated, at what could be a very stressful time. We have rented a property from Chinneck Shaw for the past 5 years and they have been superb from day one! Any problems that we've had have always been dealt with very quickly. Emails are responded to the same day. I think the thing that sets them apart from other agents is that they have a lot of integrity. Joe is our main contact at Chinneck Shaw and nothing has ever been too much trouble. Their service is fantastic. They are really nice, genuine people which goes a long way as it's becoming a lot rarer nowadays. I find the contractors they work with to be the same - very friendly, decent people. We have now purchased our own home, but when we eventually sell it Chinneck Shaw are the agents we will be using. They go above and beyond, cannot praise them highly enough. Chinneck Shaw sold our house and I couldn't recommend them higher. From the outset we felt our agent Tim was honest and well experienced.
