   Great cinema experience. Saw Third Man last night. Very high production values. Atmospheric lighting. Nice little bar and an usherette too! Perhaps those with old bones could benefit from taking a cushion though.

   Slindon Cinema is fantastic. A throwback to classic cinema and an incredible local asset. Despite being in a village hall, the atmosphere is terrific and the seating surprisingly comfortable. Slindon Cinema is one of a handful of 35MM cinemas that only shows film (no digital projectors in sight). I've made the trip twice now and would thoroughly recommend it.

   Slindon Cinema is in the Coronation Hall. We watched "Man in the Moon" with Kenneth More and Shirley Anne Field in the leading roles. This was 35mm film in B & W made in 1960. Outrageously funny and much enjoyed by all. As most film is now digital, this was a rare experience to be had. A superb evening.
