Just brilliant! From the moment Danielle came and valued our house I have nothing even remotely bad to say about our experience with RPS. They were communicative from the outset, keeping us informed with what was happening in the chain. When we (frequently) popped into the office they were always very professional, friendly and helpful. I must give a mention to Imogen who also great. Overall I would recommend RPS to anyone wanting to sell their home.
RPS were fab from start to finish with our homebuying journey, from flexible viewings, to regular updates. Imogen was especially kind, understanding and friendly. The only feedback I would suggest would be for the team to put out of offices on their emails when they go away, as there was a couple of times where we were left wondering about updates when in fact the person we were corresponding with was on leave. Not a big issue but just something we noticed a couple of times! Otherwise a lovely, friendly estate agent which I would not hesitate to use again if needed. Thank you Imogen, Danielle and team :)
We have recently purchased a property through RPS, although we did not sell through them we regret massively that we didn't. RPS have helped move our sale on and kept us updated and have been in continuous contact with us throughout. Danielle has helped chase things for us through solicitors that she didn't even have to do and when she did have a day off Imogen was straight onto everything in her place. RPS have been absolutely brilliant. Not long after going on the market with them, we had several viewings and offers. Our transaction has taken some time due to the top of the chain being very slow and difficult but Danielle was extremely helpful in chasing this for us, even though it was not her place to do so.
