   Cannot speak highly enough of our experiences of working with Claire at this branch in what was an extremely difficult and very protracted purchase. Claire was the pinnacle of professionalism, empathy and boundless patience in what was an extremely complicated and ever changing chain. Claire worked hard to ensure that everyone in the chain knew exactly what was happening - it wasn't her responsibility to do this but she coordinated everything so that people at every level of the chain could coordinate. If only our solicitors had been so organised and efficient! I firmly believe that had she not been involved the entire chain would have collapsed multiple times. I never want to go through the process of moving again, but if I were to do so I would go to Claire specifically because I trust wholeheartedly that she would ensure as smooth a process as possible. She has the patience of a saint - and was the one person I trusted throughout the entire process to not dissemble, misinform or ignore our requests.

   We have just exchanged on our purchase through Pearsons and were bang in the middle of the chain. Buying was easy and hassle free with the the Fareham branch. Post sale the bottom of the chain agent and solicitor were horrendous at updating and providing information to the upper chain. But Anne in sales progression kept us up to date with what was happening with our purchase and often went above and beyond with chasing up the slow moving agent at the very bottom working with my selling agent to get updates and providing my solicitor timely information. Anne kept us sane through the whole conveyancing process and anticipated issues often solving them before they became problems.

   Pearsons have been managing our property in Fareham for us since 2018 when we moved to another country. We have not had to worry about the house during this time due to the wonderful service Liz and her team provide. They have marketed the property for us twice and found suitable tenants quickly. They have also overseen the purchase and delivery of kitchen appliances, as well as finding contractors for various work projects, both large and small. They conduct regular property checks to ensure all is well. Communication with ourselves and the tenants is prompt and efficient. We couldn't be happier with their service, and thank them for their professionalism and diligence.
