   Would definitely recommend Leaders for both selling and letting, I let my property out through Leaders and Dan, Emily, Katie and the team were amazing, keeping me updated all the way through always being able to contact and sorting issues. Then I sold the property through them and Brett has been fantastic, he’s new to the team but already a really strong member going above and beyond in his role.    I've always dealt with private landlords and this time I decided to go through a letting agents and it's really paid off Although everyone I've spoken with at Leaders has been very kind and welcoming, I've been dealing with Emily Brooks. She's made everything as easy to understand as possible for me. Emily showed me a flat I was interested in and was very patient with letting me look around even though she said she had shown the place to several other people that day so that was very appreciated. It was just a little thing like that which showed she cares about the people who are trying to find their next home. I'm very excited to move forward with Leaders and move into my new place

   Prior to starting our house buying journey with Leaders, we had been part of three other housing chains with three different estate agents. By far, Leaders (our fourth) are superior to others in the area in all aspects. Jessica was our point of contact, and quite frankly, I have not met a more approachable and understanding estate agent. She showed us multiple houses and helped us land the one we wanted. Jessica and the team were always on hand to calm the nerves and were very quick to respond to any queries. I would have no concerns over recommending Leaders fully based on my experience and cannot thank them enough for holding our hand through an incredibly stressful journey.

   I have been with Leaders Fareham over the last 2 years and has found them to be very accessible and responsive. The reporting system and cloud based documentation services make life so much easier. As letting agents it is hard to keep everyone happy and so far, all the staff from the branch have been very helpful. Special shout out to Eloise H, Property Manager who have been my primary contact over the last year and always been swift in her responses and dealt with all matters quickly and to satisfaction.
