From the first viewing to completion of our property purchase, we felt confident that the transaction was being well looked after. Maria at Marina and Hampshire Life could not have been more helpful or proactive. Maria arranged for me to view the property at very short notice on a Saturday afternoon and contacted the owner in Tenerife with my offer. She subsequently regularly kept in contact with my agents and solicitors to follow and prompt the progress of my sale and purchase and to reassure me. If I wanted to know anything she was always the one to go to - that is if she had not already filled me in! Her approach went well beyond professionalism.
I sold my property through Marina Life Homes. Initially I was concerned as they do not have the wide network of offices and glossy brochures of some other local agents. However they do know their market very well and once they found an interested party they worked very hard to get a deal agreed. Where I do feel they were exemplary was in the time and effort they put into hand-holding the deal and liaising with all the other parties in the chain. We had a few problems with the buyers at the bottom of the chain holding everything up but Maria was on the case on a daily basis chasing agents and solicitors down the chain and keeping me advised. It was quite a stressful transaction in the end but the team at Marina Life were with me all the way and I felt in very safe hands.
